The job was slightly delayed due to the weather but John constantly reached out to let us know what was going on and he started the job as soon as he was able. At one phase he ran into roots from an old Oak tree but his guys were able to remove them and didn't charge us for the additional work that was required. From start to finish, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional. The team walked me through every step, set expectations upfront, and executed exactly as promised. No surprises--just results. The quality of the work is outstanding. You can immediately see the attention to detail, and the finished product completely transformed the look of my home. Since the project was completed, I've had multiple neighbors stop by to compliment the house and ask who did the work--which says everything. The curb appeal upgrade is night and day. On top of that, their pricing was fair and competitive, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service you receive. What really stands out is the consistency. It's one thing to have a great experience once--but to have it happen twice on two separate homes says everything about how they operate as a company. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and I can confidently say I won't use anyone else moving forward. If you're considering roofing, siding, or gutters, do yourself a favor and go with Advanced Roofing. I've attached before and after photos so you can see the transformation for yourself.
