Sammy also informed us to let our town know which tree would be cut down to obtain the proper permit and approval. They also provided their updated insurance on file with our town. Everything went smoothly and on the day they were scheduled, they confirmed prior to the date as to what time they were starting. While on the jobsite, Marty and his foreman pointed out I had a couple large, unsafe tree on my property (hollow) and encouraged me to take them down for the safety of my house. This would have been completely unnoticed as I do not have a trained eye for these types of things. Thankfully Marty and his team came back and removed the trees (please see photos).
