The short: reasonably priced, punctual, fast quoting process, good scheduling and extremely efficient onsite. Cannot find any fault, or room for improvment. The long: What can I say! I feel very lucky! 1st time dealing with this company, contacted them spoke with Scott (owner) he came same day to look, consult, measure, quoted me later that evening (very reasonable pricing) all written up nicely, sent it over via text as per my request. I accepted, soon after a day was scheduled. The day before there was a lot of communication via phone, text from Scott as he was clearly thinking and preparing himself to succeed. I found it refreshing to be in the loop as well as confident that he was taking my project very seriously, which i loved. The next morning he showed up on time with 2 giant trucks, i look out the window and see 8/10 guys preparing ladders, scaffolding, tool belts ect. Within minutes they descended on the house and got to work. It was awesome, there were guys everywhere, i felt like i was on an episode of "this old house". It wasn't long before i realized that I had the "A Team"! The speed, cleanliness, efficiency, rhythm at which they operate is impressive. With Scott watching and working as an equal with the team there is no room for issues to develop into problems. Scott is clearly is highly trained, detail oriented and has picked and trained a crew that mirrors those traits. He knows exactly what he and i want and everyone follows that queue. My wife was in and out a couple times with the baby and commented to me how nice and accommodating they were. I felt good about that. I found myself pacing around with nothing to do and eventually taking a nap while the baby napped which is very unusual for me as i like to be watching making sure everything is going according to plan, really on top of things. In this case there were none of those feelings based on the previous nights comminications and what i saw in the 1st hour or two, i knew that they had it all under control. I woke from my nap, made a coffee, went outside to find the entire property cleaned of any sign that they were even there, Except for Scott, wiping down the gutters, making final inspections tiny adjustments, preparing the paperwork, warranty information. We had a leak in our roof and called around to several companies. Advanced Roofing was one of the companies that we reached out to for a quote. Since we had planned on putting in new siding , we decided to put in a new roof as well. We contacted Scott at Advanced Roofing to give us an estimate for a new roof and siding. He came the next day, went up onto the roof and around the house to check out the work involved, wrote a very detailed proposal of work needed. We accepted his offer because he spent time to explain details of the work and gave us a very reasonable price. He helped us temporarily patch up the area where we had the leak just in time for another storm. Because of all the rainy days in April, his work schedule was delayed. Meanwhile Scott helped us select the right color roof and siding to match our existing stone and brick exterior. After a bad winter my soffit and gutter were ripped from the roof and left a large gap. The damage was on both sides of that area of the house and needed serious repair (rotted wood). Called for several estimates and after speaking with at least 5 roofers who showed up to give estimates Scott was the only one to suggest a new lead (cost $30) to alleviate all the water from one side of the house. He showed up and with another worker started and finished the work . He repaired the roof and did the gutters himself (not outsourced). He was very professional and felt comfortable with the job getting done the right way. More than satisfied with how well the job was completed. His price for the job was definitely more than fair and beat all other estimates. Scott didn't try to up sell me and was able to salvage the soffit while the other companies wanted to sell me new ones. He also managed to save a baby birds nest that was inside the damaged roof. Scott and his crew did a fantastic job replacing all of my gutters, leaders and downspouts! He was very honest and fairly priced! He and his crew were very neat and cleaned EVERYTHING up before they left. So, a year later and it was time for a roof. Called Scott, he came for an estimate within a day or so. After getting another quote, I called Scott back right away to get on the schedule. I had a few unique situations with some siding and shutters that I needed addressed at the same time as the roof and Scott was more than willing to work with me to fix those issues. Scott and his crew showed up at 7:50am (told me he would be there at 8, wait.....a contractor that shows up early? Love it!) they were done by 4 pm on a colonial with a 2 car attached garage and portico! That included siding (1/2 of a wall) and shutter repairs. Scott and his crew showed up at 7:30 as planned and started work by 8am. They finished before 4pm including a lunch break and when they finished the only evidence that they had been there was our beautiful new roof. Scott was on site all day and let me know when some damage was uncovered after the previous roofs were ripped off. They replaced the damaged sheeting and Scott even uncovered some missing flashing a previous contractor had failed to install. His team removed some siding and put in the needed flashing and even replaced one of my gutters that was damaged. The additional cost was zero. Yes, additional work at no cost. I think this demonstrates a level of professionalism and expertise that is extremely rare these days and certainly welcomed.
