Since the home is only two years old, I didn't feel comfortable trusting just anyone with the repairs. After looking into several options, we contacted a company called 1800 Water Damage. We wanted the work done quickly before any mold could develop. Even though it was a Sunday, which I thought might make things difficult, the owner, Eddie, came out right away. After meeting him, I decided to move forward with their company. They immediately began a full drying process in all the affected areas. After three days, they confirmed everything was completely dry through testing and then proceeded with the repairs. The entire process was completed much faster than I expected. Thanks to Eddie, everything was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate the quality of work and service I received. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with something like this again, but if I ever do, I will definitely reach out to 1800 Water Damage and ask for Eddie owner. Highly recommended.

Immediately I called 3 local companies who do asbestos abatement and MKD was the only one who returned my call. Darko came out to my home, inspected the entire house and educated me on the material present. He even found asbestos tiles hidden in areas we didn't know were there. Something our home inspection sadly did not find!! He then walked me thru the process step by step. They removed everything quickly, neatly and most importantly, safely. After dealing with kitchen damage, I realized the actual repair part was only half the battle. The…read moreinsurance side of everything was honestly more overwhelming than the damage itself. Every phone call felt like I was speaking a different language and I had no idea what was actually covered versus what I was being told. Finding NYTDR completely changed that experience for me. What I appreciated most was that they approached the situation like people who actually understand how stressful it is to have your home disrupted, not just like another construction job. They caught things in the kitchen that I would've never thought to document for the claim and explained the process in a way that actually made sense. There were multiple moments where I probably would've accepted less from insurance if they hadn't stepped in. The kitchen now looks better than it did before the damage happened, but honestly the biggest value was having people who knew how to navigate both the restoration side and the insurance side at the same time. That combination is rare. Most companies either know construction or know claims. NYTDR seemed to understand both equally well, which made the entire process way smoother than I expected.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right.
