Melissa (main office/reception) was an absolute gem when I had any questions during the process itself (scheduling, billing, general info). From start-to-finish, they were sensational. We get literally 10 compliments per week on our driveway from people stopping by or walking their dog(s). Complete strangers ask who we used. I went with them because they came highly recommended first by my Mother (who had them repair her driveway after a tree removal company cracked it by not using wooden boards while they operated a crane in her driveway). In additional, three of our neighbors used them (Ken S., Keith and John) - all of their driveways still look amazing after several years of constant use. Biggest thing to realize before committing to a new driveway (besides the cost) is how long it is going to take. It will be around 2 weeks from demo-to-completion. All of this is mentioned up from up front by them and detailed in their estimate package (which has literally pages of info from how the process works). After you complete the entire process, they provide a handy booklet that gives you step-by-step instructions on how to care for your new driveway, which is super useful. He is the most dishonest contractor I've ever known. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANYONE ELSE, THEY CANT POSSIBLY BE WORSE.
