He had to take over my project and fix what contractors before him did wrong. So James found the reason for the mold, remediated the house and put the house back together. We had to gut my house and Janes was able to handle the whole project. I trust James with knowing the full details of mold and water damage. I waited on him to be free to work on my house because I didn't trust any other mold tech in southern half of the state. He went above and beyond to fix the house. Plus he is stays to the end of his commitment. I have had several bad contractors on my project before James came on the job. James was able to fix their mistakes. James is a trust worthy contractor. They are hard to find anymore. He is a good one don't hesitate to use him!

They ruined so much stuff that was not ruined in the flood including o er $100 in resin for my business, their representatives as well as their owner done nothing but lie. You knew they were lying if their lips were moving. If you want workers that take many smoke breaks, be lied to, stuff packed sloppy, just to name a few things then this is the place for you. Tried to deal with company to fix the problems before leaving review but they wont return call to the person/owner of the items they damaged. I give it a 1 star because I had to in order to leave this review. Their service and customer service isn't worth a sh*t!

A few years ago I had my roof replaced by Sure Seal. Everything seemed to be fine. After some rains and walking around my yard, I found a bunch of roofing nails in my gutter and on the ground, along with other trash in my gutter. Derek had someone come out and remove the trash from the gutters. I have since noticed damage to the fascia at the ends of my house. When I first contacted Derek by email he quickly responded that it wasn't something his crew could have caused. I inspected closer and took more pictures to show they actually had moved the pieces he said they hadn't. Once I showed him a "before" picture, he stopped responding. I don't know if the owner will be any more helpful. --if Sure Seal reads this - make it right and I'll update my review.

We had…read moreSure Seal (Derek) come and look at performing work for us, relatively small (i.e. roughly 300sqft of flooring, minor drywall, vanity, toilet, trim, and a few other items) and we were told it would be about two weeks for a quote and that was fine, but two turned into 3 and I sent a text to Derek with a response saying "I've been busy and will have it in a week", that week came, so I reached back out via text and was told "sorry, we've been slammed, but I get on it first of next week" (this was a Friday). That week came and went, not call, or email with the quote, so I reached back out and he finally had a quote and called me with a verbal quote, so I said " I need a written quote" to which he replied "I will need to put that together and should have it to you within a few days". At this point it was 1.5 months and well beyond the two weeks as initially told. I understand things can happen, but don't keep stringing someone along and then not provide anything in writing. If you want to have a professional business, then provide professional results.
