Several weeks ago I noticed that the bottom corner of drywall in my bathroom looked a little off,…read moreit looked like it may have been soft and was moving away from the baseboard. When I touched it I could tell it was soft and frustration set in as I knew that had to be water damage. I searched for a company to come out and take a look and came across 911 Restoration. I gave them a call and Eli came out that same day to take a look. A quick check with a meter confirmed my fears that there was moisture in several areas of my bathroom behind the wall and under the floor. Eli was very helpful in explaining the process and staying in communication with me while I waited for a decision from the insurance company. He helped me through the entire process and even when the claim was denied by insurance due to it being a "slow leak" Eli did his best to help me get the work done at the lowest cost possible since it was coming out of my pocket. Through the entire process Eli's been in contact with me letting me know where we were and what the next steps were from the demolition process to the new drywall being installed, flooring and tiling done and more. The work was great and despite the pain of paying for it all out of pocket the bathroom looks great and my wife and I are very happy with the end results. Big thanks to Eli and the guys at 911 for helping us through this tough process and giving us great work.

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST 911 RESTORATION OF BAKERSFIELD…read more Read this before hiring them. I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely troubling experience with 911 Restoration of Bakersfield. If you're considering using them--especially through your insurance--please think twice. I hired them (through a referral from Farmers Insurance) after a water-related incident at my home in December 2024. What followed was a complete nightmare of negligence, poor communication, property damage, and what I believe to be highly unethical behavior. Negligent Work Caused More Damage: Their team failed to properly cap a hot water line under my dishwasher during remediation, which led to additional, serious water damage throughout my kitchen. Rather than own up to their mistake, the company--through a rep named Denia--denied responsibility and tried to shift blame to another contractor. Encouraged Me to Mislead My Insurance Company: Denia directly instructed me to have a plumber falsify a service date and label the work as "leak detection" so I could open a second insurance claim. She also claimed to have spoken with Farmers Insurance and said the second claim would be approved. I refused to follow through with this dishonest plan, but I did file the second claim based on her suggestion--which caused even more confusion and stress. Mishandled My Property: They damaged a $400 baby stroller during storage and failed to return a small but valuable cabinet item ($50). Denia never gave me a full inventory of my packed belongings and avoided accountability for the missing and damaged items. No Accountability, No Resolution: To this day, they have not taken any steps to fix the damage they caused, reimburse the lost or broken items, or even provide an honest explanation. Their rep continually dodged responsibility and refused to communicate transparently. My Advice: RUN. Between their shoddy work, misleading guidance, and unprofessional behavior, this company has caused me more stress and financial loss than the original water leak ever did. Save yourself the time, money, and heartbreak. Avoid 911 Restoration of Bakersfield at all costs.

He always took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which was appreciated. His bid was thoroughly detailed, and I'm confident he can create a mitigation plan to work with your budget. Leah in the office communicated really well, so they make a great team. Don't bother with the big companies. Service Master came out, but they never even followed up with a bid. Maybe the job wasn't large enough for their coffers. I'll be calling Absolute MS if I have the need for mitigation and restoration in the future.

Our job, which was to replace some sections of a kitchen island that had water damage, took him two seperate days and maybe a total of eight hours. Outstanding Service and Follow-Through…read more I had Sunrise Sprinkler come out in March to assess the sprinklers in both my front and back yards. From the initial visit, they were prompt, courteous, professional, and very thorough. They took the time to evaluate the entire system and made sure everything was working properly. A couple of weeks ago, as temperatures started warming up, I noticed a couple brown spots developing in the lawn. I gave Sunrise Sprinkler a call, and they quickly came back out to take another look. Not only did they make the necessary adjustments, but they also replaced a faulty rotor at no charge (I already had the replacement sprinkler). What really impressed me was their commitment to standing behind their work. It's one thing to provide good service the first time, but it's another to respond promptly and make things right without hesitation. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Sunrise Sprinkler to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and dependable irrigation service.

Honest, Professional Work and Excellent Value From Start to Finish…read more Joseph E. Bueno and the crew at Sunrise Sprinkler did a really great job at my house. They showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They installed a clean above-ground 8-station sprinkler valve manifold system for me, replaced valves, repaired irrigation lines, installed a newer Rain Bird smart controller that can be managed from a phone, fixed plumbing issues, and adjusted the sprinkler system so everything worked much better. Everything was organized well and much easier to access for future maintenance. What I appreciated most was that Joseph went above and beyond what was originally included in the bid. They replaced an old hose pipe and spigot that weren't working anymore at no extra charge, and they also replaced a few additional sprinkler heads for me without charging extra. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to come by these days. The work came out clean and professional, and Joseph was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I also appreciated that he used quality parts and didn't cut corners while still keeping the price very fair and reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I'd definitely recommend Sunrise Sprinkler to anyone looking for reliable sprinkler or irrigation work in Bakersfield. -- Randall Nelsen
