I've had 3 separate water losses in a short time. ServiceMaster showed up immediately and handled everything quickly and left a very clean space afterwards. This is a company that loves to over-bill my insurance company. For 28 man hours and three trips to St Regis from Kalispell they figured that my insurance company should pay them over $3300! I have filed a protest with my insurance company and I will claim a dispute with the Montana Insurance Commissioner and the Department of Corporations. Unscrupulous and unethical companies like this that see an insurance claim as a license to steal should be made aware that we small business owners are tired of paying extremely high insurance premiums due to the fact that there are sleazy little company's like this that just want to make a fast buck. Come on Service Master, just be honest and ethical and bill for the work that you have performed!
