They were completely unprofessional, unreliable and just plain shoddy. It took them even longer to finish the job because a number of do overs were required. They didn't keep scheduled appointments. The remediation crew did a great job drying everything out and removing the damage floor and wall…read more I was impressed with them so I used their service to put my house back together. Big mistake! The guy they contracted messed up the drywall and the flooring. The drywall was cut incorrectly in two spots and there are gaps in my electrical outlets. They did not level my sub floor out on a floating wood floor and didn't add and transition strips so now my floor is coming out of place and cracking. They told me my house wasn't level and told me to jack my house up. I contacted a licensed contractor and he told me not to jack my house up it would crack my drywall and that you have to level the sub floor before you install the vinyl tile. I am left with a less than mediocre floor 7 months from when they finished. I highly recommend you don not use them to put your house together.

Serv Pro did come out the following day, stood in one spot and looked around and did absolutely nothing. They dragged their feet, finally on 08/19 did they have someone come out and take down our affected ceilings. Once that was completed, they said it would be another two weeks to remove flooring and set up fans. This should have been scheduled earlier so they could have came right in after the ceiling was done. Two MONTHS after the initial water damage we will set up fans???? Needless to say I have told them I no longer need their services. Terrible service!

I found Cleanfreak using Yelp and read the positive reviews so I booked them for a cleaning. First of all, they communicated with me via email very quickly, and we got on the schedule right away. The owner emailed me and let me know the guys were on the way, which was very much appreciated so that I could plan my day. The guys arrived and were very professional and they did a great job, told me how much build up they cleaned and pointed out some things I should keep on eye on for the future with our fireplace insert. While they were here I got a quote on duct cleaning for the entire house since this place was a new build. I was so satisfied with their work, professionalism, friendly nature - that I booked the duct cleaning as well. It is so hard to find good service-oriented companies and I know I found our chimney sweep company for our annual cleanings. Thank you Cleanfreak - you are A+++ I will recommend you to my friends and family.
