I had SO much dog hair in my apartment, and I desperately needed a thorough deep clean. They provided the service while I was at work, and I would feel very safe and comfortable asking them to come back again while I was not home. It was a wonderful feeling to arrive home from work and feel relaxed and refreshed in my home. They texted me updates throughout the process and openly communicated about anything they were unsure of (where something belonged, etc.). They even offered to feed and walk my THREE dogs!! Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement.
