It was a collection of Pepsi spots, hairball remnants, and spilled light pink bottled hyvee water! (interesting party???) My neighbor got them out with oxygen cleaner from Auto Zone! The man didn't seem to have a clue as to how to pretreatment different stains. Nor did he move anything but just swiped around them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!

I believe with the new ownership it just isn't as good. Cleaning wise or customer service. I expected them early morning. I scheduled the appoint a few weeks out to make sure I got first morning. No show. I call. They have me down for afternoon. I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER MAKE AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS because I have small kids I can't keep off carpet. the cleanings aren't what they used to be and I didn't like the wait so it's time to move on.

Jason(?) & another guy cleaned a high-traffic, dark area back to its Original cream color. The carpet in the entire house had a perimeter of dark gray where it went under the baseboards due to years of dust accumulation. I tried to clean it using a combination of vacuuming by hand using a hose attachment, brushing using a Norwex carpet cleaning brush, and using the jet nozzle on my Shark Handheld Steamer, all to no avail. Somehow Mr B's got that dark gray perimeter clean. I had black spots on the carpet under the door hinges from oil & metal shavings that I've not been able to get clean. Again, Mr B's got the spots lifted & the carpet is cream colored again. I wish I could post pictures! Will definitely use again.

Upon arrival, the technician (Matt Mitchell) informed my mom that their couch (a standard size L shaped sectional) was actually considered two separate couches and refused to proceed unless she paid for two services, significantly increasing the cost beyond what was anticipated. We also learned that despite the word "clean" being included in the service name, the service did not include light vacuuming, wiping down, or otherwise cleaning the couch. Now this was not a filthy couch but had we known they would not vacuum or clean around/under cushions we would have done the light cleaning prep beforehand, instead we now have a currently damp couch that made all the loose debris wet/clumped more settled into the couch and much harder to lift. The service ended up costing more than $300. Unfortunately, the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational, kind of hostile with the attitude and cornered sales push and my parents were left with a couch they still had to clean. Had I known what was going to happen I would have saved our money and given our business to another company. I don't typically write reviews but since the reviews are what prompted me to book the service in the first place and hoping this may help others in the area. Maybe we just had a bad rep, but from what we experienced I would not recommend or rehire.
