One got hurt taking something off a piece of furniture that did not have to be removed, and I know this because it had been moved by another company when we moved to NC. They looked like they were just picked up off the street and given a job with no clue what to do. After he got hurt we waited for someone to come and replace him and no one came. So he did what he could with one hand and were not able to finish the packing the truck which is what they were hired to do. That sat stuff on my dressers and scratched one and also our TV stand. My son-in-law helped them a lot and that should not have ever happened. No refund or any reduction in price was given for the help they received or for the time wasted. They set us back 2+ hours in getting on the road to drive to SC. If you hire this company make sure the guys know what they are doing.

The long: We signed with Tim Moss in mid-March to perform a series of projects. A deposit was paid and we were told Crystal would be in contact to schedule the work. 2 weeks pass and I'm the one to reach out to Crystal (all documented in email). Me (March 28th): Hi Crystal, I don't think we discussed scheduling when Tim was here. Do you have a sense of when this work will kick off? Crystal (March 28th): Hi, Jeremiah. I'll speak to Tim about this and get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you. Weeks pass Me (April 18th): Hi Crystal, Are there any parts of the 3 projects we can start on while waiting for the permits? Perhaps the garage? Crystal (April 18th): Hi, Jeremiah. Hope you are doing well. I can check into this. I'll let you know. Thank you. Weeks pass Me (May 17th): Hi Crystal, Can you give me some kind of timeline on when you'll be able to start our projects? Thanks Crystal (May 17th): Hi, Jeremiah. Yes, I believe I can . I will speak with Tim and let you know. We are hoping to start on demo work soon. Thanks, Crystal Between May 17th and Jul 1st, the work still did not have a start date. During that time, I called Crystal multiple times to inquire about the project start. Crystal apologized multiple times for the delays. Each time I connected with Crystal, she spoke about "possibly starting next week." Near the end of June, I called Crystal to discuss some changes in scope to the outdoor project. Tim's son came out the next week to review the changes and update the estimate. The new quote was provided and I asked if we could adjust the contract to only focus on the indoor projects. After 4 months, I needed to get moving on the outdoor projects before the summer was over. No response to my request to change the contract. Additionally, still no start date for the interior projects (the scope of which never changed). Between July 12th and July 31st, no start date. Multiple emails and phone calls - multiple statements of "maybe next week." On July 31st, I emailed Tim officially requesting a cancellation of the contract and a refund of the deposit. No work had been done, no material ordered, nearly 5 months had passed. Tim responded in a way I can only describe as out of touch with reality. He sent a long email claiming I was the cause of the delays, that I denied them access to start the work, and that "every time we come up with a solution for one of your many obstacles, you knock the solution down." What? Like, for real, what? I can't and won't comment on the quality of their work - from their online reputation, it's probably really good (which is why I selected them in the first place!). My warning to anyone planning to do business with Tim Moss - get everything in writing and don't make a down payment until work has actually started. Oh, the cherry on top, they charge $300 to come out and provide an estimate. They say this is credited to the project if you sign with them, but now that the work is cancelled, I'm also out this money. Would not recommend.

This company claims to be experts in fire, water, and smoke restoration. Due to the lack of and short cut taking they cost my insurance company almost 400k to restore my home which was a ridiculous amount for the amount of damage that TriCo claimed. I had to have other companies come behind them and fix things that Tri-Co was not capable of completing and or fixing correctly. They used lesser quality materials and installed items I did not want or ask to have in my home. And on top of this amount, they wanted me to use the replaceable content $ to pay for some of the work. Greed, greed, greed. So sad. Clint Pressley attempted to advantage of my vulnerability while he is married. Chad and his crew smoked marijuana on my property while on the job. I have so many rude text messages and conversation recordings to back this. Not sure if the insurance man was in on this robbery with these guys, but he would side in with them when I called him for support. Very, very sad. I decided to complete a review upon my last text message to them about two outlets that have not been properly installed and a continued leaking issue in basement where the company cut through my brick and did not patch the area afterwards. Jeff the contractor hates to take responsibility for his choices and companies that he works with, I say this due to his arguments when I would address things such as what I have written about and so many more of a yearlong problem I called 58 Foundations and Waterproofing to assist in the water leaking that TRi-Co's team left unresolved.

Jeff guided us through the step-by-step process beginning with: Choosing our house plan, and then sending us to reputable companies to pick items such as granite, tile/wood flooring, stone, brick, faucets, lights, etc. He helped us stay within our budget; however, choose exactly what we wanted! Jeff always tried to meet any requests you asked while always using level-headed, sound advice. Using his strategy of cost/plus building, we came out ahead, saving on costs projections. Once beginning construction of our home, all went like clockwork, and often ahead of schedule! Jeff is extremely organized and is excellent leader, often working side-by-side his employees! He also has excellent and dependable teams in place, with planned steps/dates for each team to complete needed tasks to be done. We were totally amazed daily how clean the job site was left at the end of the day as work was done.
