Do not use this business. Joe did a bid to clean my tile, upholstery and carpet - he was great but…read moreapparently no longer works there. I scheduled the work to get done and I've had two failed attempts. On Monday they no showed with no communication until nearly two hours past the start time. Today the crew showed up (the only crew employed by Fresh Start according to them) and said they weren't comfortable cleaning tile, my shag carpet or my upholstered chairs. I'm glad they were honest as to not ruin my flooring and chairs. They recommended me to competitors in town. I've asked the owner/manager to call twice, and to date have had no communication. If they don't have the crews or ability to do the work, they probably should pause operations until they do. To make matters worse, one of the employees had mud caked to the bottom of their shoes and left pieces of mud everywhere they walked. So, I didn't get my tile or carpets cleaned but I ended up having to clean after they left. I'd give zero stars if I could.
