He refuses to stay in contact with us, states that he will come to replace it but never shows. He was paid cash in full and basically refuses to complete the job we paid for. My husband and I are seniors, and he took advantage of us. As of today, 03/19/2025, we still don't have a working boiler. BEWARE!!!!

The guys who work for this company are amazing ... so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and capable! They loaned me heaters to keep me warm when my hot water boiler went out. They are wonderful. The only problem I had is getting in touch with them. No one answers the phone. You have to send a text and then they want you to fill out a text with what you need. That is my only complaint. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It took more than four phone calls to get anyone to respond. Their former employee who worked on my house has promised to come by and fix it in the next week, on his day off, although he's working for another company now. Saturday night my furnace quit altogether which is a huge problem in November. I left a message, thinking surely they have people on call for such emergencies.....oh no! 24 hours later and still no call and no heat! I guess if you are going to have an emergency, it better happen during business hours!

They never said what they charge for labor and my husband forgot to ask because the person that referred us we trust and charges a flat fee. So we thought this company was ok but a good business man would tell you before they started the job. The owner's son came with a helper but never said I would have to pay the helpers labor too, again a good business man would say something. Apparently they charge $85 an hour for the son and $50 for his helper. They stayed 5 hrs most of it trouble shooting the problem and again a good business man would have said something the first hour into the job. So this company charged me $625 dollars to fix two items that cost $42 dollars. OUTRAGEOUS!! I will never use them again and suggest you don't either!

Without warranted cause the owner threatened me stating he would get law enforcement involved without allowing me to rectify the issue. I told the owner that I gave them the check four months ago and have been looking for the charge since then. But the owner states he tried to cash it a month after I sent it and is just now realizing the issue. Even after I told him I could pay him now without issue he doubled down and insulted me. I was very happy with the work his employee did, and his employee even made it known that they were short on work so he appreciated the call. Now I will never use his business again because of his terrible customer service. He was not professional in any way and was very rude. Do not use this company if you want respectable people to help you. The information posted below by the owner is a lie because I had the work done in early December per my receipt. It's unbecoming of an owner to try to make his customer look bad for his own benefit.

I finally reached my cold tolerance and called for service; I called Wellman based off of other reviews I read online. I received prompt service, within an hour of calling, Pedro was at my house. He quickly found the problem, the valve that circulates the water from my baseboard heating was turned off. He also checked the thermostat to make sure it was wired correctly, and made sure my pump was running correctly (he did say if I neglected this for much longer, I could have burned out my pump). He was very thorough, and my heat started working immediately. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues, and it was a very reasonably priced service call. Had I known it would be an easy and inexpensive fix I would have called months ago. Thank you so much!
