I have initiated ALL calls except for the first one that said they don't accept my insurance (one week after they said the did, and after I drive over there with all of my paperwork). The director assured me the call was a mistake, and informed me of the issues. Assured me they were still working on it. After waiting two weeks without resolve, I called my insurance. The first person I spoke with didn't understand or was frustrated. Called the facility and was told they 'just turned in paperwork'. Obviously I was not amused since they'd had it for weeks. He connected me to the facility. Their oops - they thought I was someone else, so they provided inaccurate info to my insurance. Handed me off to someone else in the office. Call #2 to my insurance - someone smarter checks and tells me copay only needed. No issue. Call #3 back to facility - hand off again, then the 'gee we'll check into it' tap dance, and I'll let the director know. Fast forward another week. Did they call me? Obviously not - otherwise there wouldn't be a review. I have an appointment for NEXT Tuesday with a different facility. I called and told Pacific Rehab don't bother, they're obviously too busy or don't care. They've proven that by not even calling with an apology
