He answered his phone (first major plus), he came over that evening to fix the water heater after regular hours for which he, too, was booked out three weeks (second major plus,) he repaired it within the warranty reimbursement allotment (third major plus), he gave advice on other plumbing questions in the house (fourth major plus), and he was extremely pleasant, helpful, smart, and patient with us who had been without hot water for three days :/ (best plus ever).
