When I called to discuss they told me it was not there job to remove the hoses but mine. I've never done that before but they were adamant my fault. The final portion of the project had Chris winterizing the whole system and it went perfectly. The total job included installation of some fixtures, replacing water heaters and repiping with PEX to replace old PVC. Consultations were informative, scheduling was efficient, estimates were clear, and follow up scheduling for work to be done was easy. Final invoicing was prompt and exactly what had been estimated. Joe in office was dismissive and unhelpful. Worst experience of my life. I feel like the process was unethical and customer service horrific. The technicians were fantastic. saving grace on all of this. Do not use this company if you can avoid them.
