My company has had service for years with Midwest Security. At the beginning of January, we hired…read morethem to come and change all the codes do a quick check up and then they did the fire inspection. One of the services we asked for was to get a weekly report of who is turning the alarms off and on. It is now the end of February and we've never received the report. I have contacted them by email and by phone to no avail. This is the third contact I've had with them in a couple of weeks. I asked for one month credit on the account because I hadn't been getting the service I paid for and I was told no, we will send you over a months worth of info now. Not a good business practice!! Harry was impolite in my opinion.
