They are Renewal by Anderson windows installed by Western Products. They have leaked worse than the old widows they replaced since they were installed. Western Products service is a joke. It had been a struggle to get them to respond sometimes it takes me calling repeatedly. The couple times I've gotten someone out to look at them they only have put a dollar worth of foam pieces in to try to in my opinion bandage the leaks. Did nothing to help with problem. Be very cautious of this company and products. There sales team really make it sound good and make you think the will work diligently to resolve any problems. I have found out he hard way so far this is not true. I will keep posting any progress with my situation.

We worked with Advantage Home Pros for the storm door, which had a few hiccups during the installation which resulted in needing another door and some lessons learned. The follow up installation of another new storm door was flawless and Cory Jay (CEO) actually came on site personally to insure we were taken care of. I really appreciated the time and effort taken by the crew to walk away with 100% customer satisfaction in hand. Job that should have took a couple of weeks took almost 3 months. Had cracked window installed, was told not to worry by the so-called project manager because he already ordered it. 2 months later was told it was on a truck. Following month was told it was in production. Finally got the window 3 months after start date. Ended up installing window extentions myself because I came home to find gorilla glue (my glue they helped themselves to) oozing out of the window casing joints. Definitely not finish carpenters. Left all the debris piled up in the yard during the entire project. The caulking looks like terrible. Cons !

I have seen better workmanship from 5th graders. He appears to have anger control issues as when I would point out the defects he became very unprofessional. His face would become red and he would even drool on himself. Other than dishonest with poor workmanship and being unprofessional it went very well.

He blamed the structure of my house (it's an old house) blamed his crew (got a new guy who went nuts with the caulk gun) not once did he take any responsibility/accountability as the owner of the business. My house had vinyl siding prior and it was simply replacing it. So without any further communication...I'm still waiting to see if he shows up to make it right or if he and the crew walked off the job. Been at it since August of 2022. Ridiculously long time for a project paid by insurance to be completed.

Thelen completed FOUR projects on my building totalling over $30,000. All bills were paid…read morepromptly. TWO of the projects were less than satisfactory. The mini split installation required almost $550 (out of my pocket) to local service contractors for modifactions over the next year to correct problems directly related to the Thelen installation. A zone heating modification never worked properly after a $2500 (paid) installation, Two Techs spent four hours reviewing the problem and stated that the system design was was incorrect. The system design was done by Thelen! I told this to the technitians. For this assesment I was billed $624! I refused to pay for this "trouble call" and told them so. The office/account manager then sent this bill to a collection agency. I documented all of the problems and expenses and provided it to the management who refused to discuss the issues until I paid the collection agency. Now I am dealing with a collection agency for a $624 bill after spending $30k here.
