The first man responded by gesturing to me and saying "Yeah, I'm holding back because I don't know this guy." Some other highlights include mentioning "if Lincoln hadn't freed them, I'd have somebody to mow my lawn", and "you can't let two of 'em get together or there'll be a riot". I was scared to drive it back to Florida Before getting it checked out. So I was googling call shops in the upper Kanawha Valley area and came across Bob's garage. I also asked for recommendations on Facebook. My cousin recommended me taking it to Bob's garage. So I gave them a call, Tammy the front desk receptionist was super friendly and told me to go ahead and bring it in. I brought my car there and they thoroughly checked it out top to bottom front end. They found out that it was a flex pipe issue. They fixed it and also repaired my tire which had a nail in it. I have been to many many businesses and this auto shop is by far the most friendly and efficient auto shop that I have been to. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here! They really treat you like family and not a stranger. That makes a big difference. You can do the best work but if you don't have great customer service, it doesn't matter. The group of people who work here are the very best. They are honest, affordable, and will not try to rip you off. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them more.

They performed the work that ask him prepare, which was tire pressure sensors, and a vacuum system leak. When I pick up my vehicle, they did not put a sticker said they didn't have any. They did not inform me of this before they started. The biggest complaint was when I got on the road my check engine light came back on for another evaporator system problem so they did not repair it after charging me for a new canister.
