They are also charging for painting and the house was in good condition on move out. The property was clgiven a deep clean by a cleaning company on move out. Clover is not only keeping the $1900 deposit but are charging an additional $1000+. Mind you, the walls were touched up with paint, cabinets in the same condition as move-in and floors in the same condition as move-in. DO NOT rent from this company! They are scamming people for damages that don't occur.

I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely phenomenal they were! We worked with Kim specifically as our property manager and she was so great. We really liked how their process was set up. If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. In the eight years that we worked with Assurance Realty, whether on the Property Management side or the Real Estate side, we knew we could trust them completely. Over the 8 years that we rented our home while we finished out our military career, many of the employees came and went but the quality of service was always less than acceptable. The majority of that time, the entire property management section was dumped on one individual and in some cases he was out of the office for extended amount of time. The contract is written so that the only way out of dealing with Navarre Beach realty (if they placed the tenant) is to evict the tenant. Regardless what you are told, nobody will be watching over your home and checking the quality and timeliness of any maintenance required or preformed on the house. You will be outright lied to and deceived regarding the work that is being provided for the 10% or the rental price. The hardest that I saw them work was when they were fighting for the tenant to get their deposit back after leaving the house with damages far exceeding the deposit. If you value HONESTY and HARD WORK like I do I would highly recommend looking elsewhere or managing yourself.

They're good at getting tenants in, but they don't enforce the lease. You will end up paying for…read moreall the damages caused by your tenants out of pocket. They will label just about anything "normal wear and tear" because they don't want the hassle of going after the tenant's security deposit. As the landlord, with "deep pockets" and no choice but to fix the problems, it's far easier for them to drop it all in your lap. Beware, they talk a really good game, and you may be convinced. Don't. your property will slowly fall apart and you'll end up spending anything you made on repairs. But as long as they get their cut every month, they don't care.
