If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. In the eight years that we worked with Assurance Realty, whether on the Property Management side or the Real Estate side, we knew we could trust them completely. Then i went to them to ask why i wasnt moved at the end of the month. I was met with aggravation and blantant gas lighting. And accordingly to them i was over reacting and states that i was aggressive. As a black women it is was so text book. Just to get me off thier back about my apartment .they told me they werent working on the apartment we agreed to. but a completely different apartment. and the apartment was also not complete. At this point i just had to shut up, because the next thing out of my mouth could land me who knows where. Homeless. With this rhetoric it made me uncomfortable and just sad cause i feel like im not allowed to be angry about something that anyone with a fiber of compassion would be upset about.

Over the 8 years that we rented our home while we finished out our military career, many of the employees came and went but the quality of service was always less than acceptable. The majority of that time, the entire property management section was dumped on one individual and in some cases he was out of the office for extended amount of time. The contract is written so that the only way out of dealing with Navarre Beach realty (if they placed the tenant) is to evict the tenant. Regardless what you are told, nobody will be watching over your home and checking the quality and timeliness of any maintenance required or preformed on the house. You will be outright lied to and deceived regarding the work that is being provided for the 10% or the rental price. The hardest that I saw them work was when they were fighting for the tenant to get their deposit back after leaving the house with damages far exceeding the deposit. If you value HONESTY and HARD WORK like I do I would highly recommend looking elsewhere or managing yourself.

We're an active duty military family. I CANNOT say enough bad things about this company. They are…read morehorribly run and very underhanded. Seriously, stay away, it is not worth it. Now our story, we moved into our rental home January 2014, after being told they would do an initial walk through inspection, and change the locks. No one showed up to do either. After I called to remind them they sent me a walk through sheet to mail back and never sent anyone to change the locks. I tried to be understanding and made a point to be very thorough on our walk through sheet that I mailed in. The house was left to us infested with mice and filthy. They did call the exterminator, once. We ended up taking care of the mice problem ourselves because no one was ever sent out again. Once that was taken care of things went fine until we needed to move out under military orders. We left the house spotless, cleaned all the windows, baseboards closets bathrooms, everything was cleaned from top to bottom. Further, they wrongly instructed the oncoming tenants to move in the same day we were moving out. This resulted in a huge mess, including an incident where the oncoming tenants confronted us. The new tenants moved in less than 4 hours after we left meaning that the carpets were still wet from the professional cleaning. Shortly after we left the state we received a notice telling us that Weeks Realty was keeping our deposit for cleaning and lawn service fees. We confirmed with the new tenants no cleaning or lawn service was ever done. We moved out in August 2014, and now in November 2014 we STILL have not been paid back our deposit. The only thing that these people seem to respond too is legal action, and that is what we have had to resort to. Military and Flight student families please take my advice and do not use this rental company. They are terrible.

It was a stressful move and they made it easier. We found them to be fair and we're easy to communicate with when any issues arose. We rented through them for a year prior to deciding to build a home. Shawna helped us purchase our new home and coordinate our move out in a way that helped both us and the homeowner we were renting from. We then decided to move to a new home and we contacted ProGo to rent our home out. They helped us every step of the way. Now we have acquired a second property and once again they helped us purchase the property and will handle it as our new rental. We trust ProGo and have nothing but good things to say about them!
