Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. The truck was not even an 8th full but the haul ended up costing me 333.00. I didn't have the heart to tell him to take the stuff off. There are cheaper options out there. I spoke with a company rep who also contacted the driver. After speaking with us both, they offered me a fair refund and still allowed the driver to keep his tip. Although you may be able to get Junk Removal for less, the service did exceed my expectations.
