Tech (Emil) arrived right on time, even got a text letting me know he was on his way. We went over everything and as quoted have the ok to proceed. He did a great job and was very thorough. After ducts and returns were cleaned, trunk lines were done. He found and showed me that one of the units had mold. Which we opted to go ahead and clean and remove. It was a bit more than I expected but we had the option to proceed and given that it's mold chose to do so. They worked with us on pricing and provided before and after. Emil was very polite, professional, and great at explaining everything and presenting options. I'm sure people have had their own experiences as other posts show, but based on my experience I would definitely recommend them, and will be doing so to people I know.

This morning, while traveling eastbound on 495, I experienced extremely concerning behavior from…read moreone of your company vehicles (pictured below). The driver aggressively followed me for nearly five exits at speeds exceeding 70 miles per hour. The vehicle was following so closely that another car could not have safely fit between us--clearly tailgating in a highly dangerous manner. After that, he passed me, drove alongside my vehicle for over a mile, and continued to stare me down in an intimidating way. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable--especially given that I just experienced a major accident yesterday caused by a commercial vehicle. To be subjected to such reckless, hostile, and unsafe driving today by a clearly marked Stanley Steemer van is beyond frustrating and deeply concerning for the safety of everyone on the road. I strongly urge your company to address this matter immediately. A professional driving a branded company vehicle should never engage in this type of aggressive and unsafe conduct

I had two problems that needed to be addressed. I had a fairly new toilet that hadn't been set…read moreproperly and was moving around the floor and leaking. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. I lost my husband this year and am never sure about what to do when things go wrong in the house, since I never had to address those problems in the past. I called 1-Tom and they made me feel completely confident about my choice. Right from the start, I liked the fact that they answered the phone and I didn't have to keep pushing buttons to get to the right person. I was told that they stood behind all their work and they would make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Before Alex came to my home, I received a photo of him. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. Alex showed me what the problem was and I could now see why the toilet couldn't be installed correctly in the first place. Alex called his boss and discussed what needed to be done. He was able to do it without damaging the floor, which was a huge relief. I trusted that 1-Tom did the best job possible for me while avoiding major repairs. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to my friends.
