I can't begin to explain how absolutely wonderful they are!! It's never easy to have your home disrupted in anyway, however they made it seem easy! From the office staff to the workers, I couldn't have been happier! From running back-and-forth to Home Depot or Lowe's for a part or anything, they did it with a smile! They were all wonderful, from Fred who came initially to inspect the damage, to Gil who managed the job, to all of the workers that were in and out of our home! I could not think of one bad thing to say about their professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. My insurance company sent True Restorations after my washing machine broke and flooded my home. I have to say that I could not have picked a better company had I done the research myself. The clean-up team was quick, courteous, and very helpful about what the next steps should be. Lou was great at putting my wife my wife and my minds at ease at a difficult time. They did such a good job that I decided to hire them to do the repairs. Steve showed up and he again assured us the work would be done quickly and with as little interruption to our lives as possible. After about a week my house was back together better than it was before. The guys that did the repairs showed up on time every morning and stayed late because they knew we had a party planned for my son's graduation and wanted it completed before then. Had a leak at my home over the weekend, True Restorations was on the scene within 45 minutes. Pete helped us get all the water out of our house and set up the machines. 16 hours later they had a large crew out to demo my home to get ready for repairs.
