Received a quote of $1800 for a basement cleaning I then received an invoice for $3200 I inquired about the large difference and was told the price would be $2100 I received the invoice for $2100 then opened it to the payment page and the price was $2200 completely inconsistent with what the charges are going to be initially when I inquired about the $3200 bill they asked if I was filing a claim with my insurance it doesn't matter there should be consistency in pricing. read more

Total Restoration arrived quickly and efficiently demolished my area that had severe water damage. My complaint is that they left at least 8 garbage bags full of the demolition in the middle of my driveway ( 15-20 feet away from garbage can) and covered it with a tarp. It's been 6 weeks and they haven't picked it up. They picked up fans but not debri. Calls for owner have gone unanswered. Website says "24 hour service " yet voice mail says only leave message if it's an emergency. Website always says " Open Now". Not honest. read more

It was raining in my kitchen one morning. No, it was a flood from another apartment upstairs. Is a fantastic company. Dan and his guys came in, told me to sit down and relax, and his guys did everything. They were polite, so neat and clean, they cleaned up all the water, took out the walls necessary, sanded the celings, and did it with precision. You hate to need them, but these are the folks to call if you need a major clean-up. They came as a bigger response to a building fire that affected more than 10 apartments, but were incredibly responsive as if we were the only customers they were dealing with. Raul and Jhon were particularly kind on site, taking care to be respectful of our space and time during a stressful situation. They tried to create a minimal intrusion during a pretty major upheaval of normalcy, which we really appreciated. read more

TRI "rescued" us when our house was flooded by a broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom. Not discovered for about 2 weeks while we were away. Major destruction. They came right away for the remediation, removing water, setting up blowers, taking out ruined carpeting, sheetrock, kitchen cabinets, etc. Whatever furniture was salvageable they carefully took out and put into storage. All of our possessions they carefully wrapped, boxed and put into storage. Thay partner with Pamper Cleaners who did an excellent job of removing our clothes, linens etc. They cleaned and stored everything. After about 6 months of renovations to our house, TRI and Pamper returned our possessions in excellent condition. The crews were efficient, very professional and very pleasant to work with.
