We were first time home buyers and he took full advantage of that fact. After having a secong and third opinion we found out that IF we had actually needed the work. It would've been around 5 to 6 grand MAX. AND!! when the inspector came he crossed off things on the list of work they said they performed because they didnt do that work. So they charged us for work they didnt even do. So if you come across this review and want to get on this class action lawsuit DM me. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME. I called them for flooring and eli brought his evil self into my home and lied to me in my face and destroyed my credit. I hope nothing ever good comes to him or his family or this company.

It started with a flooring and painting project through Tommie Drushe where I let him know that there were some issues with the floor in advance of them laying new flooring and he assured me they could get it repaired for 4K and it would be perfect. From the very beginning the flooring was never even and buckled in multiple areas right after installation. According to him it would settle. When his supervisor Eli looked at it he said it was all due to the issues I had pointed out to Tommie before we started and that we would need to do a much more expensive construction project to correct the issues. This might be fair and Tommie perhaps just an inexperienced estimator. However, Eli came in at nearly 40K for the project which seemed insanely high for the scope of what needed to be done. I said no way and found someone who did a great job fixing their mess and fixing the issue for less than a 1/4 of the price. It's now 5 months later and everything is holding up without any problems. The flooring was laid perfectly even with no buckling whatsoever from day 1 and has remained perfect after tenant move in. Elite and their associates will talk about their expertise and show you a bunch of projects that look great but at the end of the day they delivered substandard work and when it needed fixes came in at 4 times the price that anyone else quoted. This is the perfect example of why contractors have a bad rap. I can only imagine how upset I would be if I had listened to Eli and continued to work with them. I wouldn't trust them to do any job after my experience. I also never got a receipt for my first bit of work with Tommie after emailing and calling the office several times. Unprofessional con artists posing as contractors pretty much sums it up... I wish I had never found them in the first place. PS One last note... When I found them on yelp they had 5 stars (I'm guessing from fake reviews) because it seems the two most recent besides my own are also 1 star with one having the exact same experience of hiring another company to fix their mess.

During the same time that I was working on my new home, I knew of several other friends who were also renovating or remodeling their homes. I can say without hesitation that no one had the experience that I did. My home when I first purchased it and before remodeling started was in dire need of some major work. No central air, flooring was lopsided, structural foundation work had to be done, needed to change a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home into a 3 bed 3 full bath plus den home, needed to get permits, install a porch, redo the garage into an extra room, landscaping, etc. The list goes on. From the time my escrow was closed, to when everything was ready for move in, all of this was done in less than 4 months which is ridiculous in a time when materials and manpower was low. Friends who had half as much work to be done as I did spent over a year. In terms of costs, the speediness at which all this work was done saved me an incredible amount of money. In addition, every cost was stated very transparently, including any sudden, unforeseen changes or circumstances, as well as options to add, forego or make adjustments and those subsequent costs. Michael has decades of experience, and was crucial in thinking of things that I never would have that enhanced my home in ways I would not have imagined. He also is very very detail oriented and was always on site, making sure nothing, even small, seemingly insignificant things were overlooked. His staff was excellent, very communicative and knowledgable. He and his employees treated my home like their home, and the final product speaks for itself. Renovating a home can be extremely stressful especially when it is so hard to find a contractor you can trust. I had none of the experience that so many people had by working with Misong Construction, and would recommend them for any job.

Sewer bids can be all over but this bid came within what we expected. When they ran into an issue with locating the damaged sewer lateral, they worked with us to figure out where it was and didn't charge extra for the extra work they would need to do to patch the dug hole and sidewalk. The work seems to also been excellent since we've had 0 issues with the sewer line since the work was done in 2022. They also do a lot of government work so you know they are very legitimate and trusted!
