I have nothing but harsh words for 'too…read morebig to fail,' bailouts, fees, rules, and frozen impersonal robots who parrot what they've been told to say. I switched to a credit union some years ago, and will never go back to banks. I actually *enjoy* going to this place. I know the tellers and staf by name. WHen I walk in the door, they know me by name and have my account up without asking for a "number." From the beginning, they worked with me to build my credit: a small secured loan, a small credit card, a debit card, etc. Issues of name changes, marital status changes, address changes, were all handled smoothly and without a wrinkle. These people SMILE at their customers. I have seen them work through lunch when necessary (GASP! Food on the desk!) and I have seen customer walk in with their dogs (OH HORROR!). This is a laid-back, yet professional, human, well-operated financial institution. They have made my first ever experience with a Credit Union a sheer delight.

If…read moreyou like the convenience of online banking, digital communications and ease of transfers and use, this is not the bank for you. I can no longer pay my CC online due to switching companies within the credit union. Ok, so what are my options? I've contacted you several times online and received no response but you have no problem marking me late. So, a phone call to them gets a response of well, the only way to to send us a check and we will make the payment for you. WHAT?? I just went back in time and wouldn't know even where my checkbook is never mind a postage stamp. Get with the times CCFCU or you will be out of business. Your clientele is dying everyday and you are not setup to deal with the growing generations. Not too mention you are pretty rude on the phone when questioned about your antiquated policies.

They have great leadership that pave the way for all the other employees to go above and beyond for us customers. They have continued to keep my money safe and they always follow the procedures set for them by TD Bank to ensure a lesser chance of fraud, which I GREATLY appreciate. They are open seven days a week and make appointments for me whenever I have questions about my accounts or how to make more interest, and show me how to do my own banking at home. If you are looking for a great bank then look no further.

1 Star -- Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized…read more I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM and was told my car would be done by 6 PM at the absolute latest. This was a simple job -- new tires and rims. There was zero communication all day. I called four times, and no one answered the phone. When I showed up at 5:50 PM, ten minutes before closing, my car wasn't even touched. They told me they would "stay until it was done." At 7:30 PM I finally got a text saying it was ready. I drove back over -- only to be told it actually wasn't done and would be another 30-45 minutes. I said absolutely not, especially because I had my child waiting in the car. Magically, they were suddenly able to finish it in five minutes. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No apology, no solution, no attempt to make it right until I pushed back. It was clear they were taking walk-ins over scheduled appointments, which is why nothing was done on time. If you value your time, communication, or basic customer service, I would look elsewhere. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

I just wasted my morning driving to keene to show up for a scheduled appointment then was told it may take all day! Isn't this why they schedule appointments, to avoid long waits. Id rather pay more for better service. They need customer service training! There free services are useless if you don't use them because they make them as inconvenient ad possible to use!

First, I wanted to go in person to discuss options. The rep I talked to refused that option and insisted we do it all by phone. She took lots of my time asking me questions to fill out forms and provide a quote for both homeowners and auto policies. The homeowners was a decent rate so I wanted to lock it in. Then she sent the form she'd filled out, and several items were wrong. She hadn't asked the question or she took my response incorrectly. As corrections were made, the rate increased each time. I ended up with a substantially higher rate than she'd quoted. Now that I'm a customer, I can log into their portal -- yay! But it's anemic -- my policies aren't even posted there, and I still have to do everything with both my homeowner and auto companies myself, at their websites directly. Their customer service is lousy in all aspects (email and phone -- I suggested they relabel their "from" email addresses so they aren't mistaken as spam and was argued with about the suggestion). They don't proactively offer assistance; I had to call several times to get access to the portal, and only then found out it's useless. I recommend finding another local insurance office.
