I don't normally leave positive reviews, but the branch manager in Rindge went above and beyond with helping my two daughters get their first savings account opened yesterday. My youngest, who has autism, really struggles in these kinds of settings, but Hannah did a great job keeping them entertained with stories and questions. She got them stickers and talked to them almost the whole time in between getting all the information she needed from me to set up the accounts. I was really anxious before getting there but by the time we left I was in shock with how well the whole experience went.

They take precautions with Covid. If you are going to be out of the country, they can handle changing currency quickly. Outside there are 3 lines open for auto drive-up They have 2 ATM, a walk-up close to front door, under shelter and another one away from building (that you can drive-up that is away from traffic going in and out of bank) and drive-up bank service. This bank is open 7 days. Accounts are up to date, and rarely down for maintenance when I need it. Whats not to love? Very happy they are there!
