Both the owner and the junior guy inspected my car. The junior guy showed me the comps. I asked if could go higher based on the data points. He said it was out of his control and he needed to ask the owner who was helping a couple at the time. The owner (think his name is Charles) proceeded to scream at me that the offer is the offer, essentially a take it or leave it. Very confusing and rude. I couldn't understand a word she was saying. I asked her politely to repeat herself 2 times and she grew increasingly angry. I was trying to make a simple cash deposit into my business account. I had filled out the deposit slip correctly and had my account number listed on it. I provided my debit card and my NH drivers licence and she asked me if I had an account with them ! Perhaps a bit more training or some English classes on customer service would help but I highly doubt it. Do yourself a favor and use the Portsmouth branch to avoid the unpleasantness of dealing with a rude teller.

They're quick to charge you fees and extend you credit when your credit is perfect but when it's not forget it. I've had a mortgage with them for over 13 years and always paid it on time. Now I've fallen on a temporary financial hardship they offer nothing for options or assistance other than reporting my payment as late to the credit bureau and ruining my credit. I got a car from these people and was told after a year they'd take it back and get me upgraded to…read morea better car, within that year the car they sold me was nothing but problems, it's a 2021 Mitsubishi outlander that had 30k on the odo, I had to replace the cat sensors, a O2 sensor inside the cabin, had to fix a transmission leak and now I have to fix the catalytic converter since they didn't have the decency to tell me it was a aftermarket part instead of a OEM. These people are some of the worst car dealership I've worked with, I think I even preferred Tim's truck Capitol or Dan o Brian.
