Worst customer service, they take 0 responsibility on damages. I use them because of convenience until they burn my husband Father's Day gift from my son, a baseball butom up shirt... from baseballism they were rude trying to said that wasn't burn even tho it's obvious. They blame us the shirt ... The owner never contact us their employees name Juana no last name call me. She was rude and never stop giving excuses like we took too long to complain even thought we explained that we did it as soon as we noticed. We were very patient with the constant of missing buttons and burning spots, it was the first time I ever complain. called ahead of time to make sure my jeans would be extra starched was promised they could do it went to pick up and my jeans were barely pressed!! asked the lady working the counter if they could do better on the starch and she could barely understand or speak English. They have shrunk clothes three time because they don't dry clean it and no one there to complaint to. Will not be taking clothes there anymore, even though it's very close to our house. read more

Despite their lagging ratings, I have gone to Service Cleaners several times since they are so close to my home and the convenience could not be ignored. To date, no problems....until today. This morning, I dropped off a shirt and pair of pants for cleaning. I specifically asked the employee if both items will be dry cleaned because I wanted the shirt dry cleaned. She said "yes." I got home and I saw the receipt showed the shirt was listed to be laundered. I called back to confirm that the shirt is being dry cleaned since the receipt said laundry. The same employee said she would check and then hung up. She never even asked my name. After several minutes, I didn't get a call back, so I decided to go back and get my clothes to take them to another dry cleaner. When I returned to the store, the same employee was there. I reminded her who I was and told her I wanted my clothes back so I could go elsewhere. I handed her the receipt so she could locate my clothes. She got on the computer and made some adjustments to my order and printed out a new receipt which then showed the shirt to be dry cleaned. She clearly never even made the change after I called. At that point, I told her quite clearly I had absolutely no faith in Service Cleaners cleaning my clothes correctly since she obviously does not understand what I am telling her. I told her to give me my clothes back. She finally understood and gave them back. She did not offer an apology at all. She just told me to have a nice day..... and it was sincere. She had no clue I was even upset. I will chalk up this incident to a language barrier in hopes that incompetence was not the problem. Either way, I need to find a place that can speak English well enough to accurately take and process orders. I gave them a 2 rating since they had successfully cleaned my clothes in the past, but today's situation was a zero. read more

Shady cleaners. I called to ask how much to press and starch shirts. $3.25, sounds fine. I go in to drop off 5 wash shirts to have pressed. Women at the counter Charges me $24., as she said 2 of the shirts could not go in the machine. Prepaid for the pressing, even thought I thought it sounded high to press the shirts. I go back to pick up the shirts and she tells me I owe $35.50. I said I already paid, she says does not show paid in the computer. I ask why is it more money, I would not have had them press the shirts at that price. She doesn't know, it is what the owner said, "I m just an employee." The didn't call me to tell me it was going to cost more and wouldn't give me my shirts unless I paid again. Find an honest business to have your cleaning done. Horrible service. read more

When I first started bringing our clothes here, they did a great job. However after a while there were problems. Clothes not smelling clean and needing to be re cleaned, broken buttons etc... I kept bringing our clothes here out of convenience because it was super close to our home and for the most part the owner didn't give me any hassles when we had an issue. We spent hundreds of dollars a month in dry cleaning and for the most part the service was good. The other girl that works there could be very hot and cold toward me and I started to try to go in only when the owner was there. The breaking point was when I noticed several of my very expensive and favorite Joie silk shirts had shrunk. The girl was beyond rude about it and the owner told me they are not responsible for shrinkage and it states that on the back of the receipt. She offered to try to stretch it out and was sure she could get it back to the size. When I brought one shirt in, and got it back, it was the same. She offered nothing in compensation. These shirts are dry clean only and when I bring our clothes in to be dry cleaned I expect to get them back clean, buttons in tact, no rips, not shrunk, and clean. I paid for a service and in return received tops back that were now too small to comfortably wear. They shrank about $600 worth of tops. BEWARE!! read more

After using this cleaners for many years, I have decided to quit using them. At the end of last season I had many items dry cleaned. This winter when I went to wear a sweater I noticed a "burn" mark on the front. When I brought it in to discuss the issue I was told by the young girl that she would need to speak to the owner. After not hearing anything for over a week I stopped in to check. I was told the owner could not help me because I had waited too long to come back in. I said I don't make a habit of checking all my dry cleaning every time I pick it up. When I went to wear it was when I noticed the issue. For a customer that had been using their services for years I felt their customer service was extremely lacking and they lost a great customer. An owner who will not stand behind their services is no one I want to do business with. If you use them, check your clothes ASAP. read more
