Upon receiving the bill, the time billed was well over the time the Technician was working on the pool. I challenged this with detail to the time he was here. In response I was nonchalantly told that the distance to my residence from their office was 'such a long drive' (Norman to NW OKC) so the time to get here was included. It was very easy for them to casually demand that after the fact, but apparently hard to think that was a cost customers should be aware of upfront. As I had been taking cost estimates from other providers for this job, this omission deceptively skewed their cost profile against their competition. If anyone is even considering using them, I strongly advise running in the other direction... Lessons learned: 1. Never pay cash. If you finance, then they do not get paid until completion. When paying cash, the final draw is minimal and they will ghost you. Or only reply to a text, if initiated by you, then give you a reply but never follow through. 2. Every milestone or next item start-date has been missed. No communication unless we call them first to find out what happened. 3. Everything on this pool has been redone at least twice because of shoddy workmanship. - Still have issues with coping, - pavers (the ones we have installed will need to be re-done as we can't get replacements for the broken/chipped ones), - leak in the skimmer return line, - waterfall leaks on backside of wall - Brick facade on waterfall falling apart - valves not shutting off for the waterfall and bubblers. 4. OKC Pool Company's answer for everything is, I'm still here with you and didn't walk away. Well guess what, I am. Time to get others involved as this is crazy. This experience was inexcusable. Communication is easy and that's all I asked for. Instead, we were treated as if we didn't matter at all. In March we started the process with them of getting our pool liner replaced. We paid half down. After the first month of not hearing from them, we started calling and We did get a return call the delay was blamed on the liner company needing more measurements. Then they came out and cut holes all in the liner, exposing the pool frame which is rusting now... Another month went by and nothing. No calls, our calls not being returned. So weeks ago I messaged Kerry asking what the status was. Thinking he may respond better if we are communicating through text. I also asked for a quote to convert to concrete. He responded with this: I talked to them on Thusday the said they get me the drawings asap for approval. I just called back and spoke with the lady in charge. She says she's on top of it and will get back with me by the end of the day with the drawings so I can approve them. I have to approve it before going into production. Once it hits production it should go quick. A conversion to concrete can be done it is expensive though, but I can write up a quote and send it to you if you like. So, even after months of being ignored, I was happy to hear that the ball was rolling. In my text, I also asked him if he would let me know when it was sent to production. Nothing, days went by... so I sent a text on Monday asking status.. no response. So we called him yesterday and we were told that they are no longer going to deal with pool liners and they will refund our money. We are almost to the end of June!!! 4 months!! So now we get to start over with another pool company and we probably won't have a pool all summer. I understand if there are issues that are out of your control but don't lead people on for months! COMMUNICATION goes a long way. We moved into this house in 2020 during Covid and last year Covid was bad and we were looking forward to many family gatherings in our backyard. We had to cancel a sons graduation party, a family reunion we had planned here. Thanks for nothing Okc pools. Update: it has been over two weeks now and we have not received a refund of $3500!!

They have over charged me every step of the way and barely do anything when they come to house. I've actually made the pool look better and not them and then they want to call me asking for money. Since the first visit on June 6th they have charged my CC 248.61 on June 3rd then $446.91 on July 6th and then called today wanting to bill me an additional 308.73. I declined and told the manager to cancel my weekly service and then he immediately sends me a new invoice with an additional charge of $123.72 for a new total of $432.45. I literally watch the service guy use my last two bags of shock but then charge me for chemicals. The same bottle of scale the tech left on the first visit in June is still sitting next to my pump but yet they keep charging me for it.
