After hours he has the mobile mechanic business to help people get rapids done without the cost or time of towing your vehicle. He allowed me to buy parts, but he had means to get the parts as well. His labor cost are just around or slightly below Local norm. I feel like I saved about 30-40% on what a garage repair would cost. No price gauging he loo normal time for repairs and labor. Weekend labor prices may be a little higher. I am 100% satisfied. He left the old parts to show what was actually replaced. He diagnosed the issue in about 20 minutes, he has the diagnostic tools with him and show you what the issue is. Thanks Sean will be calling you for next auto repair and telling my friends and neighbors. Great mechanic experience!

This shop has consistently assisted me with repairs, updating wear and tear. I asked if they could get it to a point where it will last a bit longer. They were kind, suggested that it was time to let it go, but agreed to work with me - I had a budget in mind. They worked within that budget and gave me a number of things to look for. Very kind, very supportive, but also kept me realistic. Highly recommend.

Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!

I dealt directly with Nick, who walked me through the issues and quoted a high-cost diagnostic after the test drive. Concerned, I took the car to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion -- and was told almost everything Tim's claimed was wrong simply wasn't. No leaking steering rack No CV issues Brakes had plenty of life left (around 60% in front, 35-40% in rear) Any "leaks" Tim's referred to were actually minor, non-urgent seepage Overall, the car was described as being in excellent shape for its mileage I was charged $250 for the diagnostic, which felt excessive -- especially when Tim's website implies diagnostics are free with work, yet this diagnostic was not applied toward any service. I fail to see how the results justified the price. It's deeply frustrating to think I could've been convinced to pay thousands for unnecessary work. I don't know if this was dishonesty or just extremely aggressive upselling, but either way, the experience was predatory, not professional. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major work here. I won't be returning. - Zach Kolodziej

I've never been so impressed with a car repair shop, I'm always afraid I'm going to get ripped off, especially since I know nothing about cars and have an older one (2005). By the time the two weeks was here, I had already purchased AAA and was able to utilize the free tow. Towed car there around 7am, got a call around 9am with the diagnostic and very reasonable cost, luckily it wasn't major, and I gave the go ahead. They called around 2pm and told me it's done. They also noted me there might be a battery issue, but charged it up and it had been starting since, so didn't replace it (aka didn't replace unnecessary parts to increase my bill). Unfortunately when I went to pick the car up an hour later, the battery had lost its charge and it didn't start, but within 30 minutes (on a Friday afternoon), they had sourced a new battery. I witnessed them calling around to get me the best price, they picked the battery up and installed it and I was out the door. Bonus they didn't charge me for the battery install since I had paid for the battery charge up that didn't end up working. Very fair, honest, knowledgeable and reasonable-- checks all the boxes for me!
