The work performed was not only well done, but in this contractors opinion, excellent. They paid attention to details and did not leave any messes in their wake. The landscaping was undamaged and even some packages left out by a delivery company were moved out of the way and carefully put back when they were done. Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. I also found bleach stains across my driveway after the job was completed. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around. Overall, I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with property damage, cleanup work, and additional costs. The results simply did not justify the hassle or expense.

I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). All in all - someone I will definitely use again if needed.
