I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

They said something around 75$ for coming down. Ok that's fine. Than when they get here they're like well it's gonna be 125$ for the wiring and 100+ for the foam they would wrap around. For only a job of 1 hour. $319 dollars. I could only imagine what something else might cost. This place is a rip off. The job was done good. But too expensive

They tried for a good 3-1/2 hrs to try to get my old system running but to no avail. The lead man Allen or Alan, with his apprentice Ethan were awesome, and provided a detailed estimate to my landlord. At first they weren't going to be able to return until the following Thursday but Thank God they made room for me today, Tuesday, and installed a new split system with a heat pump inside unit and a new fan condenser outside, and knocked it out in one say! Alan or Allen, is a really great dude and a great lead man or trainer for young Ethan, who has electrical background. They worked endlessly, as a team, as PROS while being very likeable guys too! Short version: This company is excellent. Danny, who did…read moreour consultation and quote is simply amazing. Had them install (2) HVAC systems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Long Version: Our HVAC went out just as summer was hitting. Upstairs completely dead, downstairs on it's last leg Ouch. I actually own a general contracting company, but not in Riverside County. So I had to interview and vet HVAC companies from scratch. Advanced HVAC was the 2nd contractor we met with in our home. Danny was simply outstanding. HONEST, thorough, expert. He was patient and provided different options based on our budget. NOTE TO OWNER OF ADVANCED AIR OWNERSHIP: whatever you are paying this man is not enough - give him a raise. When Danny left after about 90 minutes, our decision was made. We were going with Advanced Air. Pricing was clear, upfront and VERY competitive. Unfortunately, I can't say that about the other contractors we met with. Notes about pricing: as a Contractor myself, I have the ability to understand approximately how much these HVAC contractors are marking up their labor and materials. An unscrupulous contractor may attempt to charge 50% or 100% more than another one for the EXACT SAME system. Do not fall for this. At the same time though, a quality contractor like Advanced Air has the right to cover all of their costs AND earn a fair profit for their TIME AND EXPERTISE. As a homeowner, the quality of installation should matter to you just as much as the materials. I recommend looking for a FAIR price but not necessarily the LOWEST price. Advanced Air delivers in both respects. Once the scope of work was final, we scheduled the install. It was actually (2) units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The team was obviously experienced. Austin, Johnny and Mike immediately split up and went to work. By the end of the day we had COLD AIR flowing out of all the air ducts - sooo nice. The team went through a brief checklist with me confirming what tasks were done. Loved that professional touch. The work areas were left CLEAN and tidy. About a week after the install, I had a small concern. (Keep in mind that I am picky). Advanced Air IMMEDIATELY scheduled a service call. The tech was experienced and efficient. Issue was resolved on the spot. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again.

Amber Air is the best AC repair company I've worked with. I've used them many times over the years…read moreand have always had a good experience. They show up on time, cover their shoes before coming inside, and their prices have always been very reasonable. The biggest reason I keep using them is that I trust their diagnosis. I've had other companies tell me I needed to replace my entire AC system or furnace, only for Amber Air to come out, find the actual problem, and fix it with a $200 part. The only downside is that they're busy, so sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. I've used that time more than once to get quotes from other companies, and Amber has consistently come back with the best price and the most sensible repair. At this point, I honestly wouldn't mind paying Amber more than another company because I trust that if they say something needs to be repaired, it actually needs to be repaired. I wouldn't approve any major work until Amber takes a look. They might save you the down payment on your next car.

The unit needed service, as it wasn't keeping up with the extreme heat we were having. I am so happy with the service I received from Josh & Johnny on 7/16/26. The diagnosis and installing a new capacitor took just 30 minutes. When I asked for a break down of parts and labor instead of a lump-sum amount Josh was able to get me the info. The price I paid was very reasonable too!! I am also relieved that they didn't try to upsell me on one single thing. I will continue to use them in the future. Customer for life. When it became clear that my old HVAC system was on its last legs (installed in 1999) and reached out to a few companies for information about replacing it with a heat pump, Jaime responded quickly and offered to talk to me very next day, even though it was a Saturday. He was thorough and patient, explaining all of the details in easy to understand language, and even the drawings he made were helpful. After listening to my concerns and questions, he designed a great new system for me that would do everything I needed, plus it would be WAY more efficient than my old one. Jaime put together a team that could not have been better - they were professional, pleasant, respectful, careful and genuinely nice. Very impressive. Julian, Darrin, Aldo and Fernando are top-notch technicians. The system is now installed and aside from my own learning curve on using it, I think it's awesome. ALL PRO has been nothing but a nightmares so far for us. We scheduled maintenance for our HVAC twice, which has already been paid for, and took 2 days off work to be available for them. Each time, they failed to appear. The 2nd time, there was no communication at all. Just radio silence. When they bought out Pro Flo, they were obliged to honor paid contracts, yet THEY SEEM TO HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY AND DISMISSED THE CUSTOMER. We also have a third appointment scheduled in November for separate repairs, but at this point we have zero confidence they will show up or do a good job. We will be filing a complaint with the Contractors State License Board next and requesting a refund. Such a disappointment. If they read this and make good on their obligations, we will happily update this with a favorable review. But while this remains up, you can be assured that they just blew off their customer and took the money, and it would be best not to pre‑pay for any service plan nor count on them..
