We made reservations for 8pm and we were the earliest in the restaurant in typical Spanish style. We got the Valencian paella and the "gentleman's" paella (Deboned seafood). They were two paellas that were completely different from each other in taste, but both worth a try. I like the classic one more mainly because I like rabbit and it has veges as well. Service was nice, though there does seem to be a different set Spanish menu that we saw the big Spanish party get, so may be work asking about if you want to try.

We're from New York City and finding a dimly lit "dive bar" in Spain was incredible. It has an edge to it, but the bartenders were amazing. Our Español was pretty terrible, and they helped us out. We ordered two large beers and were handed a plate of tapas all for 3 euro... which led to several more rounds... and then led to us returning the next night. I would've happily returned night after night if our itinerary did not put us on a train to Seville the next day. Hands down the best olives we had during the entire trip. I love the decor. I love the whole vibe of the bar - and it got pretty lively in the evening. I look forward to returning to Valencia and I hope to find La Paca thriving.
