I've been getting my hair done with Holli. When I first went in I had black hair and was wanting an ombré. She did a color correction, started the ombré, AND she left my hair still feeling healthy! I then went back this week to lighten my ombré, and I absolutely LOVE IT....and it STILL feels healthy! It's scary to trust hair dressers with doing ombré, but I trust Holli to do anything. This place is the best! I drive all the way from the SFV just for Holli, although everyone seems to be great at what they do. Everyone is super nice and friendly and this is such a fun salon! I found Holli through a friend that lived in the area in the past and have been going to her for almost three years now. I come here for my haircuts. I see Traci she's been cutting my hair for years. The story of this place starts when my good friend Cheryl used to cut my hair since back in high school she's been at 2 places and had her own studio then her last place was Head First which is down the street from this place. Traci and others also worked there. Sergio who also worked at Head First was always really cool.Cheryl then got married and movied up North but didn't want to leave me out in the cold without a hair stylist so she gave all her clients to Traci and others. I've stayed loyal to Traci for years and then Sergio left Head First and opened Sergio's and Traci and others joined him so there's my adventures lol. The staff are all nice and fun lots of talking, laughter and everything the atmosphere here is just overall friendly. Parking is ok since it's in the strip mall near Petco there are a lot of businesses so parking could be tough. Overall good experiences here once you get to know everyone. read more

My wife has been with Sergio for about 15 years(we are from the OC).. she had our friend Tim come from out of town to have a make over; color and cut. Eloise said to us, "he's the only person I trust to cut & style my hair and I've seen him color Rebecca and Andrea and he even better at color!" So Tim took the leap of faith. LOL SERGIO Explained the issues with his current color and cut and in a way that only SERGIO can say "so Tim, is your beautician STILL WORKING??" omg we all laughed and then SERGIO went to his secret back room and like Merlin concocted a potion of hair dye that in combination with a GREAT cut, Tim left SERGIO'S looking stylish younger, more confident and with a smile that stayed with him the rest of the day! He's been in the business for a very long time AND he's always up-to-date on the current trends. Sergio's is the best!! My first appointment with him was for a brazilian blow-out. I was nervous at first but he put me right at ease. It came out beautifully!! Since then I've had my hair cut and colored and will never go anywhere else. He's very nice and easy to talk to. He does listen to what you want and is excellent at what he does. I cannot say enough great things about him or his salon. Even though you may be able to walk in and get an appointment, I would strongly suggest make an appointment in advance.
