We were one of their 1st customers back in 2009. We moved from the area and and only came back…read moreoccasionally. Things were good at 1st. The got the renter that was not paying out of the home and cleaned and set it up for renting. Got us a renter that stayed there until this year. We decided to sell the home. Rent solutions had always told us the renters were not interested in buying. I did not know until this year that we were even able to speak to the renters. I found out and rent solutions gave me their contact. When we called they proceeded to tell us all the problems with the home. They told me They had contacted RS several times. The repairs that were made were shotty at best. The renters sent me pictures and I had someone in town there go investigate. Outside lights falling off the house, which tells me RS never even did a drive by!! Rigged vents on my heater instead of replacing a new filter. Leak in the roof, they couldn't find it so just replaced inside ceiling tiles, which ruined my carpets. The back porch steps were falling apart. RS replaced the top boards. Left the green yucky wood frame! Door trims outside were falling off. sink leak...They replaced faucet, but didn't repair the wood underneath in cabinet. The buyers told me that they loved the home but was concerned as to what other issues would be found when actual repairs started. Had we contacted them a few years ago, they would have bought it. They told me they contacted RS several times about problems. Either nothing was done or it took forever. RS said they were never contacted and had a log to prove it. They sent me the log. It had very few things on it. It also did not have repairs I KNOW they made. RS said well sometimes they called the owner directly and those weren't logged. HHMM!!! So I believe the renters. Once the renters moved out it too us $10,000 to make all the repairs and get it to a state to sell it. RS said they were not responsible for any of it. SO thank you Rent solutions for nothing!!

I noticed what looked like strange charges on my account even though I only called once a month or so to try to get to the bottom of it-she would not call me back. Finally, a local agency sent a complaint about the grass and I could not get ahold of Brittany timely and that was really the last straw. She was also unresponsive in helping me to strategize an issue the tenant was concerned with which probably made the tenant feel ignored as well. After much time had passed, Brittany emailed but only answering select questions. Even though my tenants paid their rent on time, Turnbow Realty has retained almost $7000.00 of my rent and she called it a system error I believe. From approx December 2023 to present I have not been given the funds that I am owed. Further, the emails that she has sent me are very self-inflating. She talks about how she she has such a great reputation but when I visited other local real estate agencies and property management groups this did not appear to be the case. She never apologized for never returning a phone call or for not responding to email messages that she said she would get back to me on.
