He even fixed the pipe we had messed up! Dan will be honest with you on cost and what you need. The weather gave us some trouble, but Dan kept me updated and I was completely comfortable letting him come and go as weather allowed. Three phone calls to get a hold of Frank and was told that they don't cover our area any more all of a sudden. Huh, that's strange. Everything I can find about where you do service still shows my area. You would think after spending over a $1,000 with a company there would be a bit of loyalty to a customer, but no. Do not recommend doing business with this company. You'll spend a bunch of money and the repair won't last.
