I saw Sasha for a 90 minute deep tissue, full body massage + foot scrub. I was very pleased with…read moreboth the services. When I walked into the building I noticed a sign that directed you to take off your shoes and leave them downstairs by the front door. I took my shoes off but carried them up with me as I preferred to just keep them in my room as opposed to downstairs. If it was the wintertime I would have likely kept my shoes downstairs. It wasn't an issue. The entire space is clean and quiet. I was greeted by Sasha and directed to the room I would be in when I walked upstairs. We chatted a bit about how the session would go. I appreciate how Sasha took the time to review my intake form in advance. Thank you! Shortly into the massage Sasha asked how the pressure was but other than that I was treated to a very relaxing environment without any chatter. There was some classical music playing and I was asked if I wanted to add a scent to the oil - I chose eucalyptus. It was apparent that Sasha paid attention to areas that needed more work or were tighter than other spots. This wasn't a one-size fits all massage which is exactly I had hoped for. I was able to fully relax and felt less tense after. The foot scrub was at the end of the massage and it was a nice way to bring me back to reality before the end of the session. I especially enjoyed the hotel towel wraps. Overall I was very happy with my massage and glad that I tried out a new place. I plan to be a repeat customer!

It has taken me a while to find a new massage therapist but I am so glad I stumbled across Sasha…read more She is responsive, talented, and most importantly in the COVID era - concerned with safety. She masks the whole time and has you mask when on your back. Her massages include hot stone if you like and aromatherapy at no additional charge (as of this review). Her space is small but cozy and soothing - I prefer places that are a bit smaller and hers fits the bill perfectly. She has amazing rates and discounts if you book a package. The online booking system is so easy to use! Parking in front of her building is also easy and free. In short, Sasha is a wonderful masseuse who takes health and safety seriously - cannot recommend her enough!

Heads up readers this maybe a longer review. Came by for a Valentines days gift from my wife…read more Ambiance was pleasant, facility was very clean from an overall perspective and the treatment was AMAZING. I had an hour long Chinese message with cupping. I usually made 2-4 trips a year before parenthood and this visit is my first after a whole year of not (makes for a more honest and detailed review). Ms. Tina was my therapist and I highly recommend. The caliber of treatment is up to par with establishments charging 3 times higher in rates. I have trouble with my hip, knees and both shoulders, after my session I felt pounds lighter (muscular tenderness was almost completely absent). Her technique/experience speak for itself and I can only support with my testimony. Take home, I recommend and folks sleeping on a mattress that is not priced at 3k+ this type of therapy helps offset soreness you didn't know you had.

What a lovely massage spot! I took my mom here to get a massage (her birthday gift) and I loved…read morethat we could go at the same time and we were able to book a day in advance. The staff were really friendly and the masseuses were great at the massage and checked in to make sure the pressure was good. They have a massage chart where you can customize your massage with pressure, essential oils, stretching, and hot stones. Overall this was a great experience and they had a deal if you paid in cash. Definitely recommend!

Decided to purchase the membership in January and it has been something that I look forward to…read moreevery month. I go to the same therapist every month, she is a pressure level 4, deepest possible. The only slightly negative thing I have to say is she is really popular and books up well over a month out now. They then moved her to West Allis, I would prefer they bring on more deep pressure trained therapists to provide more options. Both the Elm Grove and West Allis facilities are clean, well maintained, and a very peaceful and relaxing environment.

First time here and it was a good experience…read more This location is tucked into a shopping area across from Target. When you enter, they have a sign up saying masks are optional. One person behind the desk had a mask and the other didn't. The two massage therapists I saw that afternoon (including mine) both had masks on. You sign in and complete documentation before going back. My massage therapist asked a couple of questions and covered some points on the paperwork which helped me understand their process better. I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, relaxing and therapeutic session. I look forward to going back! Prices seem a little high but I may look into the membership to make it more manageable.
