Came here to get a spa pedicure and I love the prices! There were a lot of colors of polish to choose from but I wish there were more variety. It was a lot of red and pink shades but not enough fun colors. However I still was able to choose my color I wanted. I'm giving this place 5 stars because of Emily. She was very thorough and asked me what shape I wanted my toe nails and asked if the water temperature was hot enough. She was pleasant to speak with. I'm not sure if she forgot my top coat lol but she did base, 2 layers of colors and that was it. There was also no lamp to dry our feet afterwards. But I liked Emily so much I couldn't give it less than 5 stars lol. read more

I went here last week with my friend. During our manicures my tech asked us to leave a review IF we liked it and to NOT leave a review if we didn't. I thought that was kind of rude. Usually if I don't like a place I'll just leave it alone and not go back, but my nails turned out awful and after that comment it was irking me, so I left a 2 star review because my toes turned out fine after all the nail polish was cleaned off my skin. The pedicure was ok. My tech clipped my skin a few times during it and it was a bit of a mess before she was done, but they look fine. My nails though... uneven, not fully painted on the sides, and again with the sloppiness. The gel was on my skin so it burned every time I put my hand under the light. I gave them 2 stars on Google and my reason for 1 star on Yelp is due to the response I got from the owner. She responded by saying they tried to tell me the color wouldn't work with my nails (not true) but I INSISTED they do it anyway (what does nail color have to do with a sloppy pedicure and gel nails?) I got light pink with clear glitter. I'm not complaining about the color, that's my choice, but I paid over $60 for something my kids could have done a better job on. There were 4 techs there that day. 1 was obviously brand new, she did my friends toes, she wasn't happy with the job she did. 1 did my toes, she was very nice, just a little messy with the polish. 1 did my friends nails, they came out great and the tech was very nice and personable. 1 did my nails, pretty sure she was the owner. She was like the mamma bear of the group. Obviously in charge and you don't want to piss her off. It was just not a comfortable environment and her reply to my review ticked me off. I'll stick to my Asian ladies and gents. At least they aren't rude, and if they are they say it in another language with a smile and I can't understand them anyway. read more

Killing some time prior to a flight my husband and I thought we would get a Mani/Pedi. Looking through Yelp we initially stopped at a location across the street that ended up not being open on Sundays and we looked across the street and were so happy to have found this location - which is open on Sundays! They have a very large selection of polishes and gel polishes - and don't appear thinned out. The salon is average, many chairs and no wait time. Generally looks and smells clean. Prices here are wonderful - $20 for a decent pedicure that included a scrub, short massage, callous removing with what seriously may have been a cheese grater and a very careful polish. I got a $20 Gel Manicure that also was done very well. The nail prep was done with much care, gentle and polish was done perfectly. Staff didn't appear that personable which is where they lose a star. No drinks offered as with other businesses. They have a frequent visitor discount card - Wish we lived in the area. I would highly recommend this nail salon! read more

New client .. Felicia is great very gentle and friendly.. if you want someone with a chill welcoming vibe Felicia is your girl

First time at this nail salon. Love it! I tried calling them from the number I found off of their Groupon but it wasn't working. Somehow they realized that and called me back immediately. They were able to accommodate me and get me in right away. I even received a text welcoming me with directions to the salon. I did a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure. I am pretty picky when it comes to my color and making sure it matches my toe nails to my nails. The lady that did my manicure made sure the color I chose for my toes matched perfectly to the shellac and she did perfect! The place was friendly, clean, and relaxing. This just may be my new salon! read more

Recently moved to Clearwater from Tampa and wanted to get my nails done so wanted to try a new place near home versus driving all the way to Tampa. So came to this place in high hopes they could accomplish a simple gel x with just gel polish. I was very wrong. I got a nail tech named Ray who which was truly kind including the whole staff. I NEVER leave bad reviews I just don't go back but this was completely unacceptable. If your not experienced in doing a certain nail type or style say that and I would go elsewhere. I'm not confrontational at all say I tend to say quiet. I kept flipping my hands over and picking at the built up gel underneath my nail beds for her to look at and take off, but she kept ignoring and going on. Nails were completely uneven! I left and immediately called them when I got home and told them it wasn't acceptable they did offer for me to come in another day and have someone else fix them but how can I trust anyone there to do better if that's what they thought was great? They told me I would have to come in to issue a refund but had to talk with the owner to call back next morning when they open. I called back and let them know I went else where to have it soaked off and redone correctly. She said they could issue half the refund until they spoke with owner and owner hasn't got back to them so could take a couple days. I paid $75 for this crap and you only want to offer half a refund, no I would like all my money back after having to go somewhere else sitting in acetone to remove all of it. Not going back, if you choose to go here that's on you. read more

I understand that today is a new era where people freely smokes weed. Trust me I'm not judging. However, if you have that habit do it in you own time not at work where customers can smell you. Some of us don't smoke, nor do drugs and I don't have to submit to that small because it sticks. You work with nails and feet and working under the influence can bring you some legal issues if by mistake you cut or hurt someone. With that been said today I wanted to get my nails done and this chick came from the back smelling like pure weed which it spread to the entire salon. Didn't even greeted me nor made eye contact. I guess customer service etiquette no longer exists. read more

First off let me say how nice everyone in this place is. They really know how to treat their customers. Next Rebecca was my nail tech and she was great. She spoke to me about everything she was doing. She did a great job on my pedicure, and manicure. I had such a great, relaxing experience. Go here and get treated like royalty. read more

What a joke this place is, I get off of work at seven therefore I have to find a place that is open late which happens to be this place. When I arrive at 7:10 even though they close at 7:30, the door is locked and I had to knock on the door for them to open it. I then told the lady that I want an eyebrow wax and she proceeds to tell me that the wax is cold because they haven't turned it on all day? What a waste of time I will never do business with them again read more

I came here last week and would never go back. I got a gel manicure and it was so poorly done. It started off with the tech cutting me twice while cleaning my cuticles. Then as the the tech added the layers of gel she did not wait long enough for the timer to finish and it did not harden correctly. I finally spoke up and the owner came out. She switched me to a new tech to fix my nails and said I would not be charged for my manicure just my pedicure which was fine. It took another 40 mins to fix my nails. They were not perfect but better than before. When I went to pay I was charged for both my manicure and pedicure and was given a $10 off coupon for my next visit instead. Its now been 1 week and my nails have already chipped and are lifting from the sides. Gel polish should last 2 to 3 weeks, not less than 1. I am so very unhappy and will be finding a new salon. read more

I returned this month to use my Groupon for the shellac manicure and had no trouble at all. In fact, the owner was there and couldn't be more pleasant to deal with...thank you Anisa! I had an amazing experience! Most definitely the spot I will come back to when I visit Clearwater!

I love this place. Awesome nails service and great atmosphere. Professional and wine tasting while you have your pedicure ..

I was somewhat disappointed the nail tech assigned to me did not do as good a job as I normally get. I usually select a more expensive pedicure and when I do I like to receive what I'm paying for. The woman I had was nice but needs more training in her technique. She has poor cuticle removing skills she'll take some but not all the new growth. Poor nailpolish removal too. Why did I have to show her that there was still some of the old color on my toe nail right before she was about to cover it up with the new color NO GOOD! Let's talk manicure I normally don't get any color so this should be quick and easy RIGHT!...NOPE again poor cuticle removal and only one layer of clear nail polish applied smh. The pedicures come with a massage well I'm here to tell you SHE SUCKED! and then almost gave me 3rd degree burns with the hot stones another technician had to tell her to use a liquid to tone down the heat on the stones. I like this spot because of the convenience of being close to home and the staff are nice. Not sure if the woman I had was new but can tell you I WILL NOT LET HER TOUCH MY HANDS OR FEET AGAIN! Here's the kicker why is one of my big toes sore now I didn't feel her stick or clip me I guess I'll have to closely monitor my toe now unbelievable. I should have requested the young lady who I saw on my previous visit. She even failed to cover my entire toenail on one of my feet WHO DOES THAT! Oh well lesson learned. This is still a nice spot to visit just make sure you request a tech that will do a good job and not rush. I paid $45 for a sore toe and a three quarters of a painted toenail and sloppy cuticle removal. My fault I should have payed more attention but boy was I tired which is no excuse on my part. At least they gave me bottled water lol read more
