I noticed that they were new to the area, so I went in without an appointment. I was able to get right in and they gave me a great pedicure. I get pedicures to be pampered a little and have my feet rubbed, and they did that very well. I get regular toenail polish not anything fancy. It is holding up beautifully and it's two weeks at this point so far. I usually go every four or five weeks. One of the things I found to be a little unusual. These days was that they didn't charge me for the credit card fee. My other Salon raise prices and started charging for the credit card fee and didn't increase any value to their service. Went in and they seen me right away since there weren't any customers. She did really good on my nails and took about an hour for a regular pink and white. Reason for 4 stars is there was no price sheet around and once she finished she said it was $47 for a regular pink and white. I wasn't aware of the price, said ok and paid but won't be back. I've been visiting this nail salon for about a year now and always had a pleasurable experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to customers. I've gone on the weekends, but there's usually a wait, so now I only go on weekdays. I prefer to get the gel polish because of tje quick dry time, they have a decent amount of colors to choose from. With the gel, a fill in costs around $40. I believe regular polish is $30. As far as unique nail designs, I would suggest bringing in a picture of what you would like. read more

Besides the obvious language barrier, which is always frustrating as hell. I've been there on & off over the course of a few years for a manicure & nail fill-ins and have my preference on technician (don't know her name). The service that I received was ok except the dainty soft spoken woman kept stopping to check her phone and text. Like really???? Another customer was patiently waiting for her nails to dry (about 30 mins) but the fan kept cutting out and when she politely asked for another fan, the technician named Amy bickered and fought with her saying that it's the customers fault that the fan was on a sensor and to stay still. Voices were raised and then the small child of an employee started yelling, no exaggeration, YELLING at them "STOP FIGHTING!!". I couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of regard for the customer and others experience. Once the customer left, the oriental women then went on verbally bashing and insulting her to other customers. Like really??? WTF?!?! That was enough for me and I will no longer be going there for anything, which sucks because it's only 2 blocks away from my house. read more

This is a terrible, unfriendly place. I had been going there for a few months and each time I go the service gets worse. I reached my breaking point today. I usually go with my partner. We waited for a few minutes and then they took her back because a nail tech had finished with a client. So she was free. I sat there for at least another fifteen minutes, no one even spoke to me to apologize for the wait, nor was I offered a drink. They took my partner back to get a pedicure. I sat there in the waiting area, one would think they would take me back, so I could at least soak my feet. Alas it was not to be. I left and went home, The manager/owner tried to get me to stay, but I refused. With nail salons all over the area, one would think the salon would work harder to please customers. I love this spa! Have you ever called to make an appointment and still wait 15-20 minutes upon arrival??? This salon is NOT that way! They are very well staffed and prioritize their call ahead appointments. The first time I came to this salon Cindy took excellent care of me. She takes her time and my mani/pedis last! They're also flawless! I have since been back and continue to keep coming back to Cindy. Lastly, the salon is very pretty, clean, updated and RELAXING! Desperate to get a facial wax, I called with 5 mins notice and was so welcomely greeted! The woman did a fantastic job, so little pain, zero itchiness afterwards (HUGE PLUS, ladies, am I right?!), and I didn't look like my face had been mauled by killer bees. When I was ready to leave (less than 15 mins, start to finish), it was monsooning out. I didn't even ask, they grabbed a huge umbrella and walked me to my car!! What!? Decent location and open on a Thursday afternoon for 2 pedicures. I called ahead but they were empty. Basic was $20 and deluxe was $25. I splurged for the peppermint for $35 and it was actually worth the extra investment. However the technician kept trying to upsell me to a more expensive choice even though I said no multiple times. I heard another tech doing the same thing to another customer after me. It was a little pushy for my taste. The massage chair was a little intense for me especially in the seat part.
