The dentist and hygienist have consistently provided excellent care, which is why I have remained a patient for so long. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk have not met the same standard of professionalism. In particular, interactions with the office manager (Diana) have been unsettling , as questions regarding visit charges have been met with a raised voice and a condescending tone. Patients should feel comfortable asking questions about their bills and receiving clear, respectful explanations. I can let go of one bad experience but for it to constantly happen with the same lack of care, I've hit my limit.
