Over the years (past 10+ years) I have received excellent care from Dr. Mahon and his staff. He is a conservative dentist who truly cares about preventative medicine. He offers a plan for people like me without dental insurance to keep up on our regular cleanings, x-rays, and exams. Dr. Mahon is very calm and soft spoken, he reminds me of my childhood dentist, a steady person who develops trust. If you want to have a chatty conversation about his family, you need to see his wife who is a hygienist there. they are a great team. I have seen all 3 hygienists at the office over the years and I can't say enough about them-- all great hygienists and great personalities as well! Never had a bad experience! They do book quite a way out, and they are worth it. I just presented to the office with major tooth pain, they got me in right away and my x-ray and exam was covered under my preventative plan. They referred me to a really good provider for a root canal. Now I have to present back to them for a filling or crown and I know I am in good hands. read more

I had an emergency over the weekend after Christmas. I called and left a message on their machine. I received a call back within an hour (!) and antibiotics were called into my pharmacy immediately. I then received a call checking on me at 6:30pm on Sunday and an appointment was made for me to come in first thing Monday morning. That is perfect in my book. read more

Things haven't changed at Siena Dental since I started going there for all my dental needs. And this is good news! This time, it was to correct a bite that was bothering me after an accident. Dr. Mahon and his staff took the necessary x-rays, performed a thorough exam for nerve and tooth damage. He proceeded to do a minor reshape of a tooth and it made a huge difference in my being able to chew normally again! It is fun to eat again! Since the pandemic is still with us, the office staff Covid 19 protocol is strictly followed with temperature checks, masks, gloves, and hand sanitizing. I was going to a different dentist (Gentle Dental on Stephanie) for MANY years until a couple years ago, I changed my dental insurance plan. I had to go to a different dentist and was a little nervous at first. It's been a couple years now, and I love this place! The people there are very friendly, the place is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of fish tanks, and the service is quick and efficient. I've never had to wait long there. I've gotten exams and referrals before for my wisdom teeth and then a shift in my jaw from an accident. Every time, they've been very helpful. Krisdie is also very sweet and caring when cleaning my teeth. She makes sure I'm always good and that I don't have any pain as she cleans. She's cleaned my teeth a few times now and it's always been great and a pleasure to see her. I don't even miss my old dentist at all. Love this place! read more

Once again this doctor has proven to be an invaluable find. I've been coming here over 10 years. Originally recommended by some coworkers in the medical field. We were always pleased with the office staff, scheduling and hygienist (!) but when we had to start self-paying insurance this office offered a cash price for cleanings/X-ray. Which was a huge plus for us. Most recently, I thought I needed a crown on a (gasp) front tooth. So I booked the appointment. Upon seeing the tooth, the doctor actually said that a crown was too aggressive and he could fix it with a filling. Saved about $800!!!! And only needed one appointment, even better.
