Kept focusing on my spine and tailbone and when I told him it hurt he would just do it in another area. When I got home my back was already bruised and had broken capillaries. I couldn't relax cause I was bracing for each area he was going to do next. I'm sure the reflexology foot massages are better but I would never go back for a full body. Front desk lady also was pushy about tipping and when I brought up my concerns she said there was nothing she could do. A positive: they could get me in right away at 7:30

I had called to make an appointment and was told I could come in right away. When I arrived, one of…read morethe employees was giving a chair massage to a man right in a semi private area. It felt a little uncomfortable--there was no real privacy, as people could be walking in and out while a person could be trying to relax. I sat there awkwardly until I was finally taken to a private room and asked to wait. I waited about 10 minutes before my 60-minute full body massage began. I was expecting a Swedish-style massage, but it was much more intense than I anticipated. I was sore for a few days afterward, but I did feel overall relief--especially in my neck and lower back. The reason for my 3-star rating is cleanliness. The sheets didn't feel clean; I noticed an oily residue when I first laid down, which was a bit off-putting. Would I go back? Probably not. The price was reasonable, but I'd rather pay a bit more for a cleaner and more professional setting.

They put a thin hand towel and a paper towel down and expected that to be comfortable. Usually I feel better after a massage but right now I'm walking out with a headache. Second, I asked multiple times for the masseuse to use firmer pressure and she never adjusted. At the end while paying $63 for a terrible massage, the woman working the front desk said my masseuse can't speak English so she couldn't understand me. Ok, I guess that's my fault.... Overall, I paid for an hour long deep tissue massage and the result was something my boyfriend would do for free while trying to be purposefully bad so he didn't have to do it again. This was a waste of money and time. Oh ps- I read another review about how there's no privacy and I can confirm they left the door to the room I was in open while I was totally topless. Lovely! Will not be back.

I have been getting massages for the past 15 to 20 years and have experience with probably over a dozen massage therapists but I have never experienced the quality foot and back massage that I've received with Cindy...When I arrive Cindy always greets me in a professional manner and is very kind and respectful. Typically when I leave the massage the thing that resonates with me most is the absolute best work "ethic" I've ever experienced in a massage therapist. It becomes pretty obvious to me that Cindy, as a professional massage therapist, is not concerned about how long the massage takes or completing the massage by a certain time. Her goal is to do whatever it takes to solve the issue at hand. For example I have a left foot arch problem that I've been dealing with for years and I was really interested to see if she was going to notice that and then how she was going to deal with it. To my surprise each time I see her for a therapy session she takes extra time working on that arch on the left foot without me letting her know that it is an issue for me. I really enjoy going on Mondays or Wednesdays because this is the best pricing and allows me to leave a larger tip for her outstanding work!!!!!!! In summary I really look forward to my massages with Cindy every two weeks. I would rate her as an absolute 10!!!! Erik Olson
