Perfect! Mona gave me the best message I have ever experienced. It was perfect. Swedish message, medium pressure, hot rocks, hot towel at the end. I can't wait to add the extra foot message. As a kind reminder, DO NOT GO THERE! I got two foot massages from Groupon for me and my husband cause they have good deal there, but it was a really disappointing experience. First, the one gave me massage had so unpleasant odor on his hands and I don't think he knows what he's doing, second, I just wanted to be relaxed, but the two guys who gave us massage kept talking and when they got walk in customer, the outside girl came and told them to finish early to get on the next, in loud, third, the other girl who just finished and walk out her customer was flirting with her customer outside of our massage room, for at least 10 mins! I booked a Groupon for an hour reflexology appointment for my partner and me and we got in the same day. The hours here are very convenient and the staff was friendly. The room had 6 beds in it, but the only other person left 5 mins after we arrived. It is a little loud as the door is open and you can hear the lobby and people coming in for their massages. It didn't bother us. The therapists were amazing. The foot soak and reflexology was the first 30 minutes and it was very good, though there were times of very firm pressure. The 15 min head/neck massage and 15 min back massage were both incredible. I loved the massage so much, they hit all of the pressure points. We will definitely go back! read more

let me start off by saying, the lady herself did a fantastic job at the massage. I have been coming here for some time now and I have never had an issue with getting a massage, it doesn't matter who it is giving it. I get the same 1 hour massage, starting at my head and working towards my feet and flipping over to my back... today was different and I'm not happy about it all. I said I wanted the foot combo and after she massaged my feet I laid in the bed without being told where to go or what to do and finally after like 10 minutes she came in and said I was done. she only rubbed my feet for a solid hour and then told me I could have an extra 5 minutes (which actually only ended up being 5 minutes) of a chair massage. the communication was completely not understood even after clarifying during the jist of the confusion of why only my feet got rubbed and I was still having to pay for an hour body massage when I didn't say I wanted an hour foot massage. I just wasted money on a massage I didn't want nor asked for and although everyone gets to have bad days this was absolutely ridiculous. And truly is a deciding factor on if I ever decide to come back here or not. Which things cause he said one of my favorite places to come and get a massage. read more

The massages were great, however when we called, the phone was not answered and we received a text almost instantly. we asked about a Groupon for an hour massage for $35 and was told an hour massage would be $30 for each person, and asked if we could pay at the location when we got there. We went in with the thought that it would be $60, when we arrived the man showed us and communicated with us about the hour massage, when we finished, and were ready to pay, they said we owed $60 per person, $120. I was confused and the man was upset, the woman acted as if she didn't know what was going on, and the person texting us was not a person at this location. I was very frustrated and felt as if this was done purposefully. We thought the person we communicated with via text, was at this place of business....they had me communicate with someone who was the owner/manager...it was a big mess and unappreciated..I would not want to go to this place again or another location owned by whomever runs this place.... read more

Absolutely ridiculous! I walk in this place looks nice! I get settled in for what I say, from the list of options, was to receive a 45 min foot massage. Feet in the water getting massaged a customer comes in yells at the guy who gets up to attend to her because she was told to come back she gets mad and leaves he comes back to me only to massage my calves for 20 minutes. Starts on my ankles and literally falls asleep during the massage! I got up through him three dollars and walked out don't even bother going to this place. read more

Noticed their signs in around their shop including advertising on their front window stating 1/2 price $29.95 for an hour massage. I decided to take a chance. When I went in, oddly instead of taking my credit card / money as most places do, they just moved me into a room. The massage was good, but the masseuse left the room 5 or 6 times each time the phone rang or a customer came into the shop. That's not good. At the end, when I started to pay, they told me the price is NOT $29.95, but double. I asked why. She said in very broken english that the $29.95 special is only for the foot massage. I looked up at the front window and there was nothing about this special only being applied to a foot massage. Actually neither did the numerous signs around the shop. I went ahead and paid, but this is very deceptive. I won't be coming back and neither will any of my friends or family. Now I understand why they did not mention or collect money when I first came in. If they tried to pull this pricing trick prior, I would have just left. Very sad. read more

Easy accessibility, ideal area with plenty of parking. Professional staff is friendly and very conscientious when assisting customers. Eastabishment is well maintained and private massage rooms are spacious. I am very satisfied with how they attend to the customer's therapic needs. read more

Don't go here,This place has to be the worst experience ever in this world! Untrained masseuse. They have no idea how to give proper massage. I was very uncomfortable and in pain my entire massage. Therapist don't know where muscles start and where the bones end. Total waste of money .I will never return to this place. read more
