Kept focusing on my spine and tailbone and when I told him it hurt he would just do it in another area. When I got home my back was already bruised and had broken capillaries. I couldn't relax cause I was bracing for each area he was going to do next. I'm sure the reflexology foot massages are better but I would never go back for a full body. Front desk lady also was pushy about tipping and when I brought up my concerns she said there was nothing she could do. A positive: they could get me in right away at 7:30

I had called to make an appointment and was told I could come in right away. When I arrived, one of…read morethe employees was giving a chair massage to a man right in a semi private area. It felt a little uncomfortable--there was no real privacy, as people could be walking in and out while a person could be trying to relax. I sat there awkwardly until I was finally taken to a private room and asked to wait. I waited about 10 minutes before my 60-minute full body massage began. I was expecting a Swedish-style massage, but it was much more intense than I anticipated. I was sore for a few days afterward, but I did feel overall relief--especially in my neck and lower back. The reason for my 3-star rating is cleanliness. The sheets didn't feel clean; I noticed an oily residue when I first laid down, which was a bit off-putting. Would I go back? Probably not. The price was reasonable, but I'd rather pay a bit more for a cleaner and more professional setting.

They put a thin hand towel and a paper towel down and expected that to be comfortable. Usually I feel better after a massage but right now I'm walking out with a headache. Second, I asked multiple times for the masseuse to use firmer pressure and she never adjusted. At the end while paying $63 for a terrible massage, the woman working the front desk said my masseuse can't speak English so she couldn't understand me. Ok, I guess that's my fault.... Overall, I paid for an hour long deep tissue massage and the result was something my boyfriend would do for free while trying to be purposefully bad so he didn't have to do it again. This was a waste of money and time. Oh ps- I read another review about how there's no privacy and I can confirm they left the door to the room I was in open while I was totally topless. Lovely! I hadn't been there in a year but I got there to see that the prices had almost tripled. I was ok with that because I felt it would be worth it. I got a 90 minute combo which was 1 hour foot and 30 minute body. Since I always get the foot reflexology I knew what to expect with that and it was mediocre they normally do you arms but she skipped that and didn't do my feet very much. On the body massage I was highly upset about. She used a electric massage for the majority of the massage. I didn't say anything but was appalled that a masseuse would do this. I can get this at home. So when it was all done and I was paying she asked what my to is so she could add it. My bill was 100. and I was not happy so I was going to give a 15% tip. Oh no, she said no showed me a piece of paper that said good$30 very good $40 and best $50. WTF. I asked if I have tip this amount she said yes that I needed to pick one. I said you this that you are making me to a specific amount she said yes. I wasnt arguing at that point and just said 30 which I wish I hadn't because she rolled her eyes at me for tipping 30% WTF...I was a long standing customer and will never be back because of this.
