Not smelly or sticky, and I felt so comfortable during the 8-hour processing. What I really enjoyed was how skilled Natalie was with choosing the correct shade of tan for me. She listened to what I desired and chose the perfect color for me. Which is extremely important so the fading looks as natural as possible- not splotchy! Fading started at the 10th day, and I didn't really feel like I needed to exfoliate it all off until 2-2.5 weeks later. Just moisturize everyday as recommended. Will be returning for every special event in the future!

9 days into the extensions and they're almost all gone, including my own lashes!…read more My lashes are ruined after getting eye lash extensions here. It was my first time coming to this location based on local mom reviews. The service was extremely quick which was the first red flag. I got eye classic lash extensions, eyebrow wax and henna tint and everything was done in less than 1 hour. I was told not to wet my face for 48 hours and no contacts. Which I followed. That night some lashes started to shed. After the 48 hours I washed my lashes with lash foaming wash and a special brush for this. I used a fan and the brush they gave me to brush/ fluff them out. Many lashes came off that day. Every single day lashes come off which is to be expected but my own lashes are also falling off with them and now my own lashes are almost non existent. I have never had this happen at other salons. I know lashes are supposed to fall off but not at this level. Definitely not going back and I do not recommend.

She covered my birthmark well and made me feel so good in my strapless bridesnade dress I had to wear. Also, I'm not a small person, but Brittany was so sweet, she must have known just how self conscious I was feeling standing nude in front of her cause she said just the right things and made it seem like I was not the most hideous figure to ever stand before her (cause that's how I felt).
