I want to share my personal experience that began on October 4th. They gave me drops, calling it a "treatment," but it was really just a temporary measure to open my eyelid, not a true fix. When I eventually went back--about three and a half months later--to request the refund they had promised, I encountered another issue. The front desk person, who is the husband of the doctor, made comments that felt quite degrading to me, especially as a woman. He implied that if I "needed the money for Christmas" he would understand, which really wasn't the point. The issue was that the procedure hadn't been done correctly, and his response felt dismissive. He also told me not to "make a scene" in front of other clients when I tried to stand up for myself. I'm sharing all of this just as my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision. This stuff really does work and it's really worth the money, especially if you're sick or suspect that you're dehydrated. I don't like getting stuck with needles but I'm still willing to do it.
