She won't respond if you call her.At least she didn't when we reached out several times. Fortunately we were seen by the medical staff at Memorial Hermann, because a potentially life-threatening condition was overlooked. Lesson learned: When it comes to your health don't just trust anyone - especially when their standard of care and practices are not closely monitored.

But that front receptionist Brenda is so unprofessional and has such a horrible attitude. My copay changed from $20-$60 with no explanation. Just questioning why it had changed and if she couldn't please explain caused the lady to roll her eyes immediately, which I told her was not necessary. She then proceeded to say (with neck rolling and eye rolls) she couldn't do anything about it but then said the last time it was because her boss "Dr.Kindness" approved it when she asked last time but only for that time. After a few minutes of back and fourth I told her she could stop with the attitude and quit making rude comments and talking and just take my payment which she responded with "yeah you too, I wouldn't have had to if you didn't start it". I then asked to speak to her boss and she said "no, she just stepped out" Told her I wanted to talk to someone else which happened to be Cliff who said he would go talk to the boss that in fact did not step out. She is the face of the office and unfortunately that is hurting the business really bad. My next appointment they were there but they were 'out of dysport' so used Botox and they told me it was Botox when I went to pay and it was twice as much, but Botox doesn't work on me for some reason that's why I asked for dysport.... I ended up having to go back for dysport. She didn't charge me for it, but also didn't do all the areas I'd previously paid for Botox on. (Botox is more than twice the price of dysport) Most recently I booked an appointment and was once again 5 minutes away in my Uber and got a text saying they forgot my appointment I had just made earlier the same day, and I'd need to come back tomorrow.. So once again, I wasted my time and money attempting to use this service provider. All in all my experiences with this business have been a huge waste of time and money.
