Reuben (tile specialist) also worked diligently during both the demolition of the old tile and the installation of the new. Great care was taken to minimize the dust during the demolition as they set up extensive plastic partition barriers throughout the work area, protecting furniture and appliances. They also removed and reinstalled all necessary appliances as well key plumbing fixtures. We are very pleased with the job done and the quality of the work. Highly recommended.

People often ask me for Trademark's info as they know how happy I was at the time of installation and continue to be years later. I know of at least three other people who also used Trademark via my recommendation and all were equally as happy. Even though I live out in Pflugerville, it wasn't an issue with the business being in Dripping Springs. I may do some more flooring in my girls' bedrooms in the future and I know for sure I will be calling Trademark Floors again when that time comes!

My partner and…read moreI had Ismael and his team install porcelain tile in our living room, stairwell, and the entire upstairs of our home. They were fine to work with during the install and we even gifted them a bottle of champagne to congratulate the arrival of one of the guy's new born babies, but we quickly realized how poor the quality of work just after things finished. The first thing to mention is that they offer a one year warranty on the work done, but this doesn't matter if they aren't willing to follow through on the solution. Specifically, we realized the edging on the steps immediately started coming loose, effectively cracking most of the grout, they did not finish caulking the baseboards, and within just a few weeks of completion, several tiles in the master bedroom came loose, with one actually breaking. Two guys were sent over the next week to fix the issue, but it was poorly done and the issue returned almost immediately, but worse. They also didn't address the baseboards. I reached back out to Ismael numerous times but got no response. A couple of months later, more tiles in the master bedroom started coming loose, most of the grout started cracking, and within 6-9 months, almost all of the tile in the front half of the master bedroom and part of the hallway just outside was unstable. It's as if minimal mortar was applied underneath the tile to hold them in place. Since we were still within the warranty period, I repeatedly called and texted Ismael to fix the problem, but he made every excuse to not help us (being sick, having too many projects, being out of town), and eventually stopped replying to me entirely. It's now been a total of two years since this project, which conveniently puts us outside the warranty period. Sadly, the problem has only worsened and progressed to other rooms. I finally gave up on trying to ask Ismael and his team to fix this problem after repeatedly being strung along with no intention of helping us, so I had no choice but to hire another contractor. As a result, we're having to pay a hefty sum for this work to be almost completely redone. We trusted Ismael and his team would do right by us, and am truly disappointed at the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. This isn't something we were prepared to handle again financially, but need to make sure our home's flooring is properly installed and safe. It took two years to write this review because I naively put trust in the fact that Garcia Infinite Flooring would eventually help us fix the entire problem. With this review, I want to ensure I can help prevent others from dealing with the same awful experience we did with them. Please do not be fooled by the very few positive reviews they have. There are likely only a few for a reason. Save yourself the aggravation and take your hard earned income elsewhere to a more trusted and experienced company.
