My daughter will have surgery on Monday thanks to another medical doctor who actually knows what she is doing. my daughters left ovary is 3 times the size and has in it 3 complex cysts. her other ovary is twice the size contains one complex cysts which is bigger in size than the ovary itself. she is only 26 and has a history of family ovarian cancer. this NP decided that we ought to take a wait and see approach and come back in 2-3 months!! According to her expertise, the cysts really aren't big enough or an emergency to get out as she has patients who have an ovary 17cm in size. they come first. even though you cannot shrink the cysts and they wil probably continue to grow and my daughter is in already in terrible discomfort and pain, she believes she should just take ibuprofen and get a nuvaring. and 2-3 months get another Sonogram. fortunately we got into the office of a OB/Gyn who had the opinion that we need to get in there right away and take those out and biopsy. they are already too big and she hopes to save the ovaries!!! she stated there is no reason to leave in as they will only keep growing and my daughter is already in pain. at this point we have no idea how this will turn out but Stephanie did not give a hoot about how my daughter felt. my daughter was begging to have the laparoscopy but they are just too busy and her case is not serious enough!! the 3 doctors above her, Dr Jaci, Dr Hsia and Dr Wilcox all signed off on this diagnosis and course of action. this whole experience was horrible and I would recommend anyone to stay away from this practice.

As you know, it is a non-covered treatment by your insurance and this is simply an estimate of the costs. The diagnosis ICD9 code is 706.9 The CPT procedure code is 17110C The cost for destruction of 1-5 lesions is $100 and for each additional 1-5 lesions it is $100. However, I originally quoted you 1-10 lesions which I will grant you this one time only. For example, if you decide to treat 20 lesions it would cost $200. Any future visits will be charged per 1-5 lesions for $100, thus removal of 10 lesions would be $200. " I was double charged. Ended up paying $100 twice. $200 for 10 lesions.

After years of antibiotics and topicals Sandra recommendations were excellent. Sandra listens and yes sometimes she falls a little behind appointment times however this is because she is a good listener and goes beyond her allocated timeframe with her patients. I am also a patient of Sandra's and I can say she is a gem. As for the billing yes PAMG makes errors however this is not Sandra's fault this has to do with the business office and billing. Give her a try. Hopefully you can get in she is booked months in advance. Think about it ....why would she be booked months on advances?! Because she is that good.

To book an appointment with Dr. Debra (OBGYN) is getting harder and harder as time goes by towards…read morethe end of my pregnancy. First I could not get an appointment with her but her nurse partitioner or her colleague one week before my due day, as I was told that she was all booked during that week. Indeed, when I saw her three weeks before my due day, she mentioned that she did have several available time slots for that week, she did not know why the reception told me she is all booked up! For my past Patrum appointment, she first canceled my appointment due to an emergency which is understandable, but instead of rescheduling appointment with her in a timely manner, the reception informed me an timely appointment (within 1 week) is only available with her nurse practitioner or I can book an appointment with her after TWO MONTHS!!! I have no choice but to go ahead with an appointment with her nurse practitioner who has not seen me once before. I was notified of the change about my appointment within only 30 mins of my appointment which has created a lot of trouble for a new mom. Last, on the rescheduled appointment day, she postponed my appointment time by 30 mins again. The unorganized booking system here brings me a lot of trouble in both physical and mental levels. I would never come back to this provider in the future.
